A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University BTech course is the most popular program out of all. It is a full time course available in 30 specializations such as Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), and others. AKTU Lucknow BTech course duration is 4 years divided into 8 semesters.

AKTU BTech Lateral Entry 2025
AKTU also provides a lateral entry scheme for the BTech program. You can take admission directly in the 2nd year of the program, i.e., in the 3rd semester. It is a 3 year UG program. The required eligibility criteria is that candidates must have passed Diploma with 60% marks in any branch of Engineering. AKTU BTech lateral fee 2025 is INR 1.65 lakhs.
