MS Ramaiah University of applied Sciences provides admission to undergraduate degrees such as B.Tech, B.Des., B.Sc.(Hons), B.Com.(Hons), BBA, BDS, B.Pharm., Pharm.D, and BHM degree at the undergraduate level and M.Tech., M. Des., MBA, M.Sc., M.Com, Masters in Public Health, MDS, MHA, and M.Pharm. Degree at the postgraduate level along with Ph.D. at the doctorate level. MSRUAS Bangalore admissions are done only through offline mode.

BTech admission is done through RUASAT/Uni-Gauge/COMEDK exam. To be eligible for admission to the B.Tech program, candidates must have passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry/ biotechnology/ biology, mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects with at least 45% aggregate marks
Admission to undergraduate courses are done on the basis of marks obtained in RUASAT
MTech Admission is granted on the basis of marks secured in the GATE/ KPGCET exam. Candidates holding B.Tech/B.E degree in a related subject with minimum of 50% marks are eligible for admission to M.Tech courses.
For admissions in BDS, B.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Des, BHM, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc(Hons.), BA(Hons.) programs, candidates must appear and qualify NEET exam conducted on all India basis whereas for MDS Admission NEET-MDS scores will be required followed by KEA counselling.
M.Pharma and MBA admissions will be granted on the basis of PGCET. Candidates must pass in BE, M.Com, M.Sc, BBA, BBM, MA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA or equivalent from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks tobe eligible for admission.
Ph.D. admissions are based on the candidate's score in the entrance test conducted by the college followed by an interview. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in the previous Master’s / M.Phil degree to be eligible for admission.

Honest Experience throughout the college life

What I Liked

One faculty from the structural engineering department are friendly and helpful
Campus design is good but not soo appreciable

What I didn’t like

Faculty response . Faculty don't judge the students from their point of view but listen to whispers from others and judge the student .
Assignments are very hectic . Near to exam time instead of studying we used to complete assignments because they also carried marks .

Remarks:

I had heard about MS Ramaiah University from my childhood and school days , hence I chose that college for my masters . Hence I investigated about the college from websites and other advertisements but didn't contacted the alumnis of the college .

The college that you wish for

What I Liked

Campus is great filled with lot of scenic views and places to sit and relax with lot of shades due to the trees

Remarks:

Good aspects of the college are that it’s a really nice college with a good and vast campus. Lot of amenities and features are made available to students for their ease of studying. Post office, multiple atm’s etc, also the variety of shops of various types from stationary to food. For government quota students they have to take their respective exam and for normal student we have to take exam done by college.

Only decent B.Sc honours degree in Bangalore

What I Liked

Classrooms and laboratories are good, digitally equipped. Clean and maintained.
Courses are designed well but could be executed better. New and interesting courses like atomic spectroscopy which you do not find everywhere.

What I didn’t like

Bad social life and food availability issues.
Need more help from faculty, faculty is a bit passive in everything. Mainly admin dominated institute.

Remarks:

One written test to confirm admission and scholarship if any. The test is very easy, just basic aptitude and std 12th syllabus. Main criteria is 12th board marks, atleast above 55%. Pros- Relaxed environment. Good teachers. Good infrastructure. Good connectivity to campus. Flexible timetable. Cons- Bad location ( in an industrial zone) Less food outlets in campus and nearby Less events and cultural programmes.

What I Liked

I like the cleanliness and how nearly the college is maintained
I like how supportive our non teaching staff are , they are very humble

What I didn’t like

I personally don't like the selection of faculties
I don't like the fact that we don't have proper classroom

Remarks:

I didn't take any discussions , interviews, but I took a written test and I passed the written test so I got admission in this particular college. I didn't do any particular preparation for this test .

What I Liked

I really like the faculties over here. Especially our course cordinator
Ramaiah has vast campus where I really enjoy.

What I didn’t like

Some departments doesn't have proper classroom
Even the washroom facilities sometimes is poor

Remarks:

The factors i considered for joining ramaiah university is the quality of education they provide and the infrastructure and the environment. There was an interview based on 12th which I passed and got admitted to the college.

What I really appreciate about its perfect blend of academic rigour and supportive campus culture.

What I didn’t like

I actually don’t dislike anything about the college as it’s a peace environment with a good amount of people.

Remarks:

There was a interview based on our PU knowledge and subjects before entering the college. Once you clear it you can enter it easily without any donation or extra amount. The interview is purely based on the subjects that include in your PU.

Ramaiah brand and good faculties and popularity of university
The course actually good and faculties all are complete their Masters

The faculties antually built some stress on students
There is some language barrier in this campus out state students are more in campus

Basically i came from tumkur i applied a karnataka common entrance test in 2023 and i passed in rank of 197 throght all over karnataka and i verified throght all the karmataka documents and attend i apllied ramaiah university of apllied science in first round

The truth

What I Liked

Infrastructure is quite good and elegant. Friendly environment
Teaching faculties and management faculties are very cooperative and nice

What I didn’t like

Racism which students create here . It's not the prblm of university i guess it all depends upon students
Hostel here are demolishing and they don't have there own mess

Remarks:

There was a online test for admission. It was quite easy test which anyone can pass .. the questions are according to the subjects u have chosen for the course. U can easily prepare for these exams by studying the basics
