Candidates holding a Diploma in Engineering/Technology from the State Board of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu, or its equivalent qualification are eligible to seek admission into the third semester of the B.Tech program, corresponding to their field of study. Alternatively, applicants with a Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Mathematics as a subject during their H.Sc. (10+2+3 stream) are also eligible to apply for admission into the third semester of the B.Tech program.
