Ans. No, VIT Bhopal does not accept JEE Main for admission. Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes in VIT group of Institutions. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. Candidates can appear only once for VITEEE. All questions will be Multiple Choice Questions and one mark for right and 0 for the wrong answer. The one and only answer to take admission or not is “No”. If you do, you’ll be making the biggest mistake of your life. I’m telling you, you’ll have a better college life experience at the local college 5km away from your home.

First of all, it is 70 km away from the main city. Everything in college is completely different from the things these people put in their magazines and ads. It is all a game of clickbait. These people care about nothing else but your money.

2. Academics & Placements:-

The programs they will show you in the counselling program will be most likely - BTech CSE, BTech CSE ( specialization courses ), BTech CSE( integrated M.Tech ), Mechanical, etc. Specialization programs involve cybersecurity, AI, gaming, health informatics, etc. I’m telling all of those are pure scams. There are no certified professors for these specialization courses. They assign random faculty to subjects that are highly important for the specialization courses, they don’t even know the topics and read out the ppts. There won’t be companies coming during the placements for your specialization program, you will be bound to apply for the same companies as those of CSE core. I’m not so sure about Integrated M.Tech programs. The placement rules are also highly ridiculous.

Generally, holidays are the days you enjoy, right? But these people conduct online classes during some holidays which they inform you the day before so that you can’t even sleep peacefully at night. These brainless people even conduct online classes during the fest. Some of the teachers who work here say that they feel like they are living a nightmare ( I’m not lying ). I’ve seen many faculty members resign after just 3 months. There is no sense of diplomacy in the management team.

3. Hostel, Food & Extra-curricular:-

The hostel is 1.2 km away from the academic block and you have to walk 1.2 km everyday to attend classes. When we requested them to arrange bus services , their reply was- “ The fact that we provide you bus services without asking extra fees is a privilege to students”. You are not allowed to even sit in the garden peacefully after 8pm ( for girls it is 6pm ). Each batch has nearly 2500 students and juniors and seniors stay in the same hostel leading to unnecessary indiscipline . A PG room will be the best choice.

The food here tastes like the vomit of a pig , and the quantity they provide you makes you feel like you are trapped in a jail. They know how to cook good food but these greedy bastards won’t, because if they do , students will stop buying from their canteen.

There are no proper grounds here to play. The Cricket tournament was with green tennis. The music room here is smaller than the bathroom in my house. The academic block and Hostel is still under construction.
