Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is changed over a last few years . Now the courses are inclined towards skill development and practical based knowledge rather than theory. I want to go into the marketing field so I opted for this course which gives insights about marketing terminology and knowledge. Faculty is highly qualified, professors are PhD scholars so faculty is great. Exams are held 2 times in a year . Which are very easy students barely get fail.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility criteria in placement cell is to get 7 cgpi in your 3rd year . Companies like Nestle,EY, PWC , Lenskart visited for the recruitment offers the role of associate, marketing, consultant etc. Highest package was 23 lpa average is 5-7 lpa. I want to go into the marketing field. So I want the exposure in marketing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it aligns with my career goals, providing both theoretical foundations and practical applications. it is one of the reputed course offered by Delhi University, which has high cut off. The course structure encourages critcial thinking and application of the knowledge. It provides multiple opportunities for project work amd research keeping the learking experience both dynamic and engaging. The term exam is conducted after each sem. It is conducted in the month of December and May. The difficulty level of exam is high, while the question require solid grasp of the material they are designed to test both practical and conceptual knowledge.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria is one should score good cgpa and then they will be eligible to sit in the placement. The highest package offered is 12 LPA to economic hns student in 2024. There are various companies which have recruited students like Lenskart, Fnp,Zomato etc. the average pacakge is around 4-5 lakh and there is high chances of students getting off campus placement. I want to do CAT from top IIMS of India just after completion of my degree. I want to represent Kamla Nehru College at a high level maybe in World Trade Cemtre or something like that.

The teachers are helpful. There are two practicals at the end of first semester. The faculty is highly qualified as the professors Have their degree from institutes like TISS, DU, JNU.

Placement Experience:

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I’ve to prepare for CAT, yes that’s why but i also love the corporate world, I mean the cracking the business deals, pitching it, doing fun finance internships to get exposure and flaunting it in my resume The faculty is too cool, I swear like they’re highly educated and have adequate knowledge of the course they’re teaching and the teaching method is quite good like by making notes, solving it on board. There are 2 sem exams in 1 year and the difficulty level is medium like you can pass the exam if you also haven’t studied whole semester

Remarks:

There are many good aspects of my college as it comes under delhi university, so it’s itself a tag for the students that they’re studying in DU, you get exposure, educated faculty, experience, explore and learn new things. Talking about the bad aspects is the infrastructure which is not so good the facilities provided is poor like the washrooms are not properly cleaned, canteen staff is not fixed, no atm in college, small campus, small classrooms (only commerce and some other departments have a bigger classroom). The admission process was through only cuet exam and the cutoff in the year 2023 was about 720-750 for kamala nehru college and there is a direct admission with no gd/pi rounds I think there’s no need of preparation if you’ve studied well in class 12th but if you haven’t then YouTube is the best option

I always was fascinated by the philosophers whom I had read in my history books. So, I wanted to study philosophy. All the professors are very highly qualified and immensely supportive. I have never faced any kind of problem in asking or clearing my doubts from the faculty.

Placement Experience:

I haven't tried to know about placements much. My goals for future is to go for civil services and serve the nation. Other than that I want to try my luck in corporate sector as well. I try to learn various skills based on recent innovations.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choosen economics honours because it provides many carrier options I have no idea about faculties qualification but I must say they are very good teacher. As I am in 1 st semester so I haven't given semester exam but I have class test it's not so difficult for me.

Remarks:

I have got admission here by giving cuet entrance test .As we know Delhi University cut off is very high but I belongs to OBC category so I have some relaxation. Delhi University is a very good college for undergraduate students as per his syllabus and their affordable fee so because of these things I choose this college. And I am thankful that I found seat in Kamala Nehru College (DU). KNC is very good in extra curricular activities and professor's are also good . One thing that I don't like is his canteen services because rates are high and not giving tasty food.

And for your overall cgpa it's goood to maintain it from the very starting.

As I'm a fresher too, So I don't have much idea about the placement opportunities. But yeah campus selection happens in the college.. also we have a very nice placement cell. They provide many internship opportunities
