St Andrews College of Arts Science and Commerce was established in the year 1983 by the bishop of Bombay Simon Pimenta with194 students. It has been awarded as best college 2015 2016 conferred by the University of Mumbai. 

It offers BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BMS, BMM, and M.Com programs. 

For admission to undergraduate programs, candidates must pass the 12th class examination with a minimum of 45% marks. For PG courses, 40% of bachelor’s degrees are required. Reserved category candidates sc/st are allowed relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum marks eligibility criteria.
