The National Education Foundation (NEF) Law College, established in 2006, is a private institution located in Guwahati, Assam. It is recognized as a prominent institution for law education in the eastern part of India. The college is affiliated with Gauhati University and is approved by both the BCI and the UGC, ensuring its compliance with national standards for legal education. The college was ranked 56 out of 66 colleges in India by India Today in 2024.

The college offers BA LLB, BBA LLB, and BCom LLB which are 5 year integrated courses. It also offers a 3-year LLB course. For admission into these undergraduate courses, one has to get a minimum of 45% aggregate in 10+2, along with the NLET score. NLET is the common entrance test to get admission to the NEF Law College. The total fee for the LLB course is 1.85 L. NEF Law College also provides LLM courses, the admission to which is based on the NEF PG Law Entrance Exam. The total fee for LLM is 1.7 L. The admission fee that is to be paid at the time of admission is INR 20,000/- for all the courses.

The college offers a scholarship of Merit-cum-Means to five meritorious and deserving students with one reserved for the female students. Eligible students from other states are also offered Post-Matric scholarships. SC/ST candidates from Assam are also eligible for scholarships from the Govt. of Assam.
