NBMC Darjeeling provides admission to MBBS degree at the undergraduate level and MD and MS at the postgraduate level. In addition to these courses, NBMC offers admission to the Ph.D. degree in three disciplines. NBMC Darjeeling admission form for both UG and PG courses is filled online.

  • For MBBS admission, candidates must have passed NEET UG and also secure at least 50% marks in 10+2 examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects.
  • Admission to PG courses like MD and MS programs are based on the NEET PG entrance exam. To be eligible for admission, candidates must have passed an MBBS degree from an institute recognized by MCI.
  • PhD admission is granted on the basis of merit in the interview and the candidate's academic performance in the postgraduation degree. In order to be eligible for interview candidates have to pass a written test consisting of two components ie, RAT (Research Aptitude Test) and a Writing skill test on the scientific topic. Candidates qualified in UGC-NET including JRF/CSIR/DST/DBT/ICMR/ICHR or any other national or state level fellowship are exempted from appearing in the written test.
