- College is overall good, infrastructure is well good .faculty is good, campus life is very enjoyable.
- There will presence of good seniors junior relationship they help the juniors in various aspect.
Dislikes
- Campus is very olderly established. Teacher student ratio should to increase little bit.
- Campus life is good but they should live beyond the home that is in the campus hostel.
Remarks :
There will be many fact on which basis i choose this college such as well perfectly environmental location of the campus, well interaction between teachers and students and there will also be present of group discussion .I am selected for this college according to my NEET exam. Cut off marks for our college is varying yearly as such in previous year it was around 600 and in current year 648. Campus is well located,well teacher and student ratio.patients load is huge which is very important.bad aspect is everything in our college and in surrounding is very expensive,capmus is lack of cleanliness etc.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen my course because i want to serve the poor people many of the people are unable to treat deadly disease so i decided to serve them.the faculty of our college is well they all cleared their phd and they teach us very patiently.there will be 2 semister exams occurred yearly and one final exam occurred in each academic year.and difficulty level is not much high. It is moderate level.
Internships Opportunities :
In our college internship occured for 1 year which appeared about 4 years after the study.stipend of the internship is monthly 35000. Task of the internship is observing patients and their various diseases.
Placement Experience :
Our placement is occurred through enternce examination such as neet pg .for achieving the internship you should required atleast 2 honours in 2 subject in each year.pacakage of the placement is varying according to the department in which radiology is highest paid service.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Per semister fee is 5000 and so according to to mbbs course there will be 9 semister so total fees of the course is 45000.and admission fee is 6000. There will be no registration fees.and the other students such as sc,st is considered
Campus Life :
Our annual fest name is plasma which is held in October month in every years. Near about all of the books which is required for our course is available in our library and also many journals are available. During the fest sports are occurred in which students shows ther extracurricular activities through the sports, singing, dancing etc.
Hostel Facilities :
In our hostel mess is available in which breakfast,lunch , tiffin, dinner is easily available and quality of the food is not best but it is good . Registration for the hostel should be done during admission in the college and through which the students enter the hostel. There are many pg rooms are available surrounding our college and distance is about 50 miter.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.

Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.

Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
