KIT College: A Decent Option but not the Best

What I Liked

Decent infrastructure. Well Qualified and knowledgeable teachers
Good medical and sports facilities and regular fests/competitions and scholarships eligible.
Autonomous Institiute with updated curriculum

What I didn’t like

Lack of transparency in placement packages. Dress code.
Limited exposure as compared to other private colleges.

Remarks:

I got direct admission in the college. There was no admission test as per the year 2024 instead I was selected on the basis of my 12th marks. You can also get admission here through AKTU counselling process.

I choosen this college because i score 85 percentile in jee mains which is very low for gen category . No group discussion required u come to the office and simply fill out the form . if u have given jee mains you get 5000 discount

Opinion of a student..

What I Liked

As I told above that the college is top in the kanpur City to complete your graduation and post graduation degree. The campus is also good and very large to explore and also keep environment green so that every child gets good air .
The communication skills of each faculty is very good. The qualification of each faculty is very high and from the top and best college and university of India.

What I didn’t like

The place where college is situated is not so good . The Students from kanpur City and places ahead have to cross a six lane highway to get into the college from the main gate which is dangerous but the college also find a way for this .The college management place guards at the each side of highway road so that the students can pass the highway easily and with full of safety.
No other excuses and dislike for my college.

Remarks:

It is top 2nd college in kanpur City after the PSIT college. The fees of this college is less as compared to top colleges of kanpur. Many students from different cities come every year and take admission in their favourite courses and complete their graduation degree and those who want to complete their post graduation degree, they also do from this college. During your addmission if you score good marks in intermediate then you also get discount in your academic fees . If you are a good student and have strong basic knowledge then you crack the interview that held during the admission process.

What I Liked

I like about the infrastructure that all courses have different building and there is the the bus stand in the college and the faculty are so helpful and the campus life is very enjoyable and adventurous
I also like the cultural fest and many other function that college are hosting time by time it makes students to not always engaged in studies but also have some other experience welll

What I didn’t like

I dislike about the useless space that must used to make the infrastructure far more better in infrastructure
I dislike about the bus faculties that there are only 4 buses I would more happy if there are Some more buses in the campus

Remarks:

The factors that made me to choose this college is that the fees structure is very good in my course and I didn't face any group discussion or any interview or written test for admission but they some criteria that If one should take admission in this college should atleast 45% in physics chemistry and maths in my course that is computer science core.

What I Liked

Honestly the faulty of our college are very polite also they teach us in a very good manner.
Infrastructure of our college is outstanding. They have a big area where they had college , auditorium , labs , a big ground , gym , canteen , a stationary shop , hostel , mess , meeting room and etc.

What I didn’t like

They don't let us bunk classes . and also in our free periods they suggest us to practice coding as thier main motive is to see their students in a good field.
Not all students are going by buses so they don't have so much buses . but the students who were going through buses can easily get thier seat.

Remarks:

At the time of admission I had given a personal introduction. they don't take admission On the basis of interview or anything else .They have a percentage criteria If you want to take admission you have to score more than that percentage criteria on your 12th standard.

Nothing I liked about the college infrastructure and faculty because they also just come here to earn money they never take any type of responsibility they had mind like an 10 year child

There are none type of fest and clubs and sports clubs in this college

What I Liked

I like our auditorium it is so big and beautifully maintained.
Also I like my campus ground as we can play as many games at the same time

What I didn’t like

Library is not well equipped with seats and parking system.

Remarks:

Due to it's academic factors I decided to opt KIT and one plus point is it is nearby my home. Good aspects of my college are- Flexible timings Cafeterias Ac classrooms and large auditorium.. All sports facilities.. Bad aspects are- Indiscipline seniors Low infrastructure for sports ie limited football and cricket set

Kanpur institute of Technolgy is best college of affordivility

What I Liked

The college structure like IITs have there individual hostel, mees , other deparments
The faculty members are well educated and the campus life are soo good.

What I didn’t like

there are multiple garden in campus but one are soo dirty.
CAmpus life are good but the college time is 9 to 5 is not good.

Remarks:

this is a private college so there is no exam conduct for entrance but if you comes through councilling you got the better opportunity and fees will be half of the over all fees according to your rank in entrance exam.
