What I Liked

I like the green very vintagy campus experience
And even though it's pretty old the infrastructure is quite nice

What I didn’t like

Some faculties is not good as compared to others but yeah it's good overall
Campus Life is not soo much as there is no big fest or anything

Placement Experience:

Placements are good for masters but not really for bachelors and as of current market situation placements aren't good anywhere so you should opt for off campus placement as well and not just depend on college for your placement

Remarks:

This is a very reputed college for economics and has a very rich history in the same field. You have to give cuet for admission that's it. And in cuet your subjects will be eng and gt .There is no relaxation in fees for any category

What I Liked

Faculty, curriculum, library and infrastructure

What I didn’t like

Spoilt brats culture amongst the students and placement

Placement Experience:

There have been various recruitments in the past, the companies have been mentioned on the official website, however most of the students do not prefer a placement right after Bsc, very few (4-5) in a batch opt for the placement. Usually students go abroad for Msc/MBA. Hence the percentage is very low. I myself won't be opting for placement

Remarks:

The first thing that made me choose college as GIPE is very well known institute for research and academics. GIPE has a wide horizon for research and development. For admission I had underwent through their own entrance examination with 60% criteria in boards. The entrance was typically based on Mathematics (10th level) English comprehension Data Aptitude based questions.... However the system has changed from this year, students will be admitted on the basis of CUET exam. More details are mentioned in the website. There is no hostel facility for BSc students, however so many good quality PGs are available within a walking distance.

What I Liked

College environment is very evergreen and it's look like asthetic. The campus is not too big but yeah that is sufficient for the institute purpose. College library is very big and it is open for all outsider also.
Faculty are well qualified and helpful. As most of the faculty are Phd. holder so they everything broadly. Their are also visiting lecture who comes from different institute and take lecture in the GIPE.

What I didn’t like

Actually their is nothing to dislike about Gipe.
The only thing which I personally suffer as an outsider is the other people near college like autos and local Pune people.

Placement Experience:

Okay so their are basically 6 courses which is offered by college. All the courses have equal opportunity for the placement and it totally depend on the student ability. Recruiters like ICICI Bank, JP Morgan, BOSCH, Delloite and more than 25 recruiters visit are college. The average package range from 10- 12 lakh.

Remarks:

Yeah, the institute has taken an entrance exam which was organized by GIPE itself at the online center. the question was related to economics which has already been taught in undergraduate. After that shortlisting of candidates was done based on marks obtained in the entrance exam.
