Placement is okay okay. After Covid the placement ratio got decreased. But college is trying to maintain its high records. Last year the highest package was 34 lakh per annum. However the average package is around 5-6 lakh per annum.
I gave JEE mains and my selection in this college was based on JEE mains rank itself. My Branch was also selected as per the JEE rank. I got to know about this college while I was doing councelling of JOSAA and CSAB.
Read Full ReviewThis college consists of a placement cell which helps the students to get a better placement in many Multi National Companies.. all the members of placement cells are well trained to guide students and last year 3 students get internship in India's top institute in Bangalore ISC Bangalore to presure research.
This college provides you the degree of BIT MESRA at very low rank scored in JEE Mains... And is still better than many private engineering colleges as it is now included in GFTIs , which reduced it's hostel cost drastically.

The bit patna is actually bit mesra off campus so you will receive the degree of bit mesra not of bit patna this is the main factor for students to get admitted here the faculty are good and the only drawback is it's fees which is approximately 19 lacks for 4 years

Yes GD, interviews, and tests were scheduled before getting the confirmation of admission from the University. Post GD, Interview, and test after 3-4 days if you get selected you will receive the confirmation mail from Birla Institute of Technology Mesra.

And ECE students can also participate in placements of software and Core branches
Good aspects --> 1)It was in my hometown. 2)BIT is a renowned institute 3) It has a healthy atmosphere 4) Most of the teachers here are helpful 5)It has many sports facilities 6)We get 3 months holiday after completion of a year Bad aspects --> 1) Hostel rooms are not up to mark 2) Is a bit stressful because of a lot of exams.
Read Full ReviewThe placement and job opportunities are decent. Many companies come with eligibility criteria of 7.5 CGPA. Some of the visitor companies are Infosys and Paypal. Recently Paypal gave an internship opportunity to a student. The highest package is 22 LPA and the lowest is around 5 LPA. Around 60-70% of students get placed. I will try for an off-campus placement.
The college is established in a small campus but the campus is well maintained. It consists of one playing ground. Those who are interested in this college should take the JEE mains exam and the cutoff for CSE is around 90k. After appearing for the examination admission process happens through JOSSA Counseling followed by CSAB.
Read Full ReviewApprox 80 to 85 percent student are placed. Placement of cse student or good as compared to other branch. College not provide any type of intensive. The training and placement sale of BIT Patna are very active. Placement of civil and Mechanical branch is very low.
Better than other private colleges in India. There is no interview and group discussion only JEE mains exam is necessary and 75% marks in class 12. Admission is based on your JEE mains rank and appearance for JOSSA counseling.
Read Full ReviewIf you have 7.5 cgpa or above you are eligible for good placement as it was considered as if you are in a private college with 9 cgpa and you are in bit with 7.5 cgpa both are equal and average package of cse is around 9lpa
Student taking admission through rank of jee mains no management quota here , cutoff of computer science and engineering for btech is around 1.5 lakh anf for electronic and communication engineering is 4 lakh here you have 5 branch for doing btech cse ece eee ce and me.
