Course curriculum is as per the NEP 2020 which focuses more on practical based learning and involve projects and experiments. The academic life is good here and the students are hard working. Faculties are highly qualified from top colleges across India and few of them have patents.. Teaching methodology is somewhat not so Good but still good considering that for an engineering college.
Placement is not good . Few students get on campus placement as very few good companies visits Campus but most of the students do well in off campus placement. Highest package ( off campus) = 50 LPA AVERAGE PACKAGE = 8 lpa
Read Full ReviewThe Industrial and Production branch is very unique and has a huge future in the industry... industries of foreign countries need this type of engineers and teachers are mainly studied from IIT s. There are two semesters in a year and every semester there are two class test
You need to have a good cgpa and like thurmux and other companies visited and students get placed. From 20 students 4 get selected in the time of placement Faculties give internship opportunities in various places and they give the opportunity of industrial visit
Read Full ReviewI chose this college because it will remain in demand in the future. To be honest faculty here's not good nor are their teaching skills. Exams are not at all conducted on time and the paper they set make it seems like they lack experience.
Earlier this college have some placement but as I can see from my time there's no on campus placement in this college. They're not much interested in placement of students but only interested in politics.
Read Full ReviewIn every semester, there is two internal exam each of 15 mark, end semester weightage is of 60 marks .some teachers are qualification degree is m.tech from IITs ,some have phd degree ,all teachers are knowledgeable.
Oncampus Placement opportunities is very less in our college.the eligibility criteria for placement varies from company to company.placement senerio is not so good in college . percentage of students getting placement is also very low less than 50%
Read Full ReviewVery lazy and irregular faculty. Worst management of college. Attendance Problem. They did not allow student to go for Internship progrm if you choose CSE department, while IT department s good. in this type of matter
previous No placement from Cse bracnh and many people got internship but college didn't provide NOC for students who have got internship. Very poor daily routine management , they will eat your wholeday at college with 0 output.
Read Full ReviewThe course curriculum is well-formatted, giving due importance to the practical and theoretical knowledge, hence I chose B.Tech from here with interest in the career prospects. The faculty is well qualified, mostly with advanced degrees, and also, teaching methods are interactive as well as clear. The term exams are held on time, usually with a moderate difficulty level, and balanced effectively between the conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
The college provides excellent placement opportunities with several top recruiters visiting the campus. Eligibility for placements mostly requires a minimum CGPA and clears the placement test/interview process. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, and Wipro frequently visit. The highest package offered is around ?12 LPA, and the average package is about ?4-6 LPA. Around 70-80 percent of students get placed each year. After completion of the course, I look forward to further studies in that field or seeking employment opportunities either at software development or AI/ML fields, depending on interest.
Read Full ReviewI choose IT cause it had both the insight of hardware and workings of a software, my subjects included, DBMS, DLAT, Compiler Design, OOPS, DSA, Microprocessors, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Python, C, C++, and some general subjects like physics, Industry safety, Mathematics I,II and III. The faculty is not much updated though and held some orthodox views and aren't ready to accept change, the classrooms are also pretty basic and smart classrooms are rare, we rarely went to lab and even if we did their was zero to none learning in it. Many of the professors are on temporary recruitment from locality or are quota based who has almost zero knowledge and a stone attitude. There were 3 exams in total per semester, 2 class test and one end semester examination, the class tests were pretty basic covering only a unit or so while the end sem covered the whole syllabus. Teachers had their favourite students whom scores high marks In their respective subjects.
There was no definite criteria for placement. Planetspark, and some local recruiters. About 4-7 offers were made that too in non technical domain, all the companies that came were looking for salesman at a cheap cost. Highest package was around 12LPA, while the average is around ?3,00,000 per annum. Less than 10% students got placed, the placement cell is a complete failure and they attract almost zero companies. The college faculties never pushed us for jobs or placements, their target was always to clear GATE and get admission in Mtech in a IIT, so that they will be praised by the Vice Chancellor. I got placed in a company with a CTC of around ?6.5 lpa which was the highest in my batch.
Read Full ReviewI choose Information technology as I love coding and wanted to grab higher package.Professors were very good in this college .They were very supportive and overall teaches you good .There were 2 semester in 1 year and before each semester there were 2 tests CT1 and CT2 consist of 15 marks each so that you don't get alot of pressure during semester.
Placement and job opportunities were very good during 2022 but due to recession in 2023 Placement were very bad . during my time for IT and CS only 3 4 company visted the college like Gemini and Aloha . Students of my Batch mostly placed through off campus.40% students got placed from my batch and in that 10% were through on campus rest through off campus .Averge package was around 5 lakh/annum.Highest package was 18 lakh/annum which was grabbed my student through some Hackerearth compition.
Read Full ReviewChoosing ECE points 2 things the emerging industries of semiconductors, solar cells, renewable energy sources motivates to choose this program over other & other thing is that I am not interested to choose cse/ IT branch, there are good facilities & bad faculties too. The good one teaches very efficiently & amazingly letting you familiar with many opportunities for one's career & personalities speaking of some not so good faculties depicts that the faculty is well qualified but not being able to deliver things efficiently/ their teaching method isn't that good. The curriculum/ course divided by many subjects in which each subject do has 5 chapters. The exam is conducted more or less monthly 2 class tests, 1 end semester & practical exams( internal & external) can be tackled with sufficient efforts paper won't be that tough as you will know the important topics in every chapters by studying the whole syllabus & attending the classes
Companies visit here for placements like Gemini, Thermax, Infosys, TCS etc.., the data from 23/22 batches says that maximum package is given 6.5lpa & average is about 2-3lpa for ece departments but in 2024 due to recession & all there was a visit of many other local companies which doesn't provide package more than 18k per month. Students here mostly opt for higher education or prep for gate of any other govt. Services. Percentage of students getting placements are less in 2024. After degree I have also opted for prep for competative exams as I am not that attracted towards the offerings of companies.
Read Full ReviewI chose this because I have an interest in technology, and for that what is the best option other than information technology? Here teaching method is kind of similar to other colleges, We have 2 semesters in one year and in a semester we have two types of exams. 1st there are 2 Class test exams each of 15 numbers and at the end of the semester, there is end semester examination which is 60 numbers paper + 10 numbers for attendance assignment.
The main factor that made me choose this college is the affordable fee for the courses, This college admission process is similar to other engineering college admissions, through jee main score and spot counseling is also there.
