Remarks :
less fee . I got admission here by csab counselling after giving jee mains exam where i got less marks. No there is no any type of exam for any department as it is goverment university (central) .Git here on the basis of jee rank.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Very lazy and irregular faculty. Worst management of college. Attendance Problem. They did not allow student to go for Internship progrm if you choose CSE department, while IT department s good. in this type of matter
Internships Opportunities :
no internship opportunity in college. I have not opted for any internship. here i got that free online internship so that i can fulfill NEP guidelines to do an internship. No Internship opportunity here in th collge . Only Company came here was L & T ,
Placement Experience :
previous No placement from Cse bracnh and many people got internship but college didn't provide NOC for students who have got internship. Very poor daily routine management , they will eat your wholeday at college with 0 output.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
15000 per semester which include all the fee. No any particular scholarship available. There is no any quota in fee for student. Home stat can get Scholarships. Yo can appy for NSP. And if you home stat provide scholarship then you can get as i got 30,000 from UP
Campus Life :
Clubs are made only to refelect in papers.Does not have godd Infrastructure. two clubs GDG, and GFG. in Engineering Department . While there some club chalchitra for Drama And Tarang for Arkestra. they Are also here And perform university events
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel seta is limited. Mess is good as other mese.s here hostell are available for girls and boys. Girlas if for all girls can get seat ias they in suffient amont. Boys hostel are given on the basis of category

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
