Remarks :
I chose this college for its excellent infrastructure , affordable fees, strong faculty , and good placements. Admission was based on JEE Main scores and state counseling; no GD/PI was required. Preparation focused on JEE Main concepts and syllabus.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well-formatted, giving due importance to the practical and theoretical knowledge, hence I chose B.Tech from here with interest in the career prospects. The faculty is well qualified, mostly with advanced degrees, and also, teaching methods are interactive as well as clear. The term exams are held on time, usually with a moderate difficulty level, and balanced effectively between the conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
Internships Opportunities :
I actually chose an internship simply because they provide practical experience. There are internships available at the college because of its placement cell, collaborating with companies like TCS and Infosys, as well as startups. Stipends range between ?5,000 to ?15,000 per month for some positions such as Software Developer, Data Analyst, and Web Developer. The tech startup is where I interned; I worked there as a Software Development Intern. The tasks included developing a web application, integration of APIs, and testing features. Contributing to database design and optimization worked to help me acquire skills in full-stack development and teamwork.
Placement Experience :
The college provides excellent placement opportunities with several top recruiters visiting the campus. Eligibility for placements mostly requires a minimum CGPA and clears the placement test/interview process. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, and Wipro frequently visit. The highest package offered is around ?12 LPA, and the average package is about ?4-6 LPA. Around 70-80 percent of students get placed each year. After completion of the course, I look forward to further studies in that field or seeking employment opportunities either at software development or AI/ML fields, depending on interest.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The B.Tech fee structure at the institution keeps changing every year. Fees for the first year are 32950 rupees while the fees for second and third years are 30900 rupees each and increase to 32300 rupees during the fourth year. The fees of 30900 rupees each for the second and third years include tuition fees , lab fees, and other compulsory charges like library and exam fees. The basic form is the same , but several aspects like one-time fees apply only in the first year. The institution supports students with scholarships like the Chhattisgarh State Scholarship merit-cum-need aid , and reserved category fee concession. It ensures accessibility by assisting with the application process, making education affordable.
Campus Life :
Campus life is bustling with great infrastructure, modular classrooms, and well-stocked libraries that provide all the books and journals. Social activities are booming with clubs like Chalchitra (Film), Robotics, and Coding. Annual fests are "Technovation" held in March and cultural events are at regular intervals. Sports facilities include cricket, football, and badminton. Debates and hackathons are a quite regular affair. The classes manage groups as well as forums that lead to more collaboration and creativity in students.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel provides spacious rooms with basic amenities and a clean mess. Annual mess dues would be around ?45,000 with good quality food and a well-balanced menu. The hostel infrastructure is supported by Wi-Fi, a common room, and 24x7 security. Students can apply for the same during admission or even later through the college portal. For those renting outside, nearby localities are affordable and offers options for PGs and flats which are easily accessible to the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. They are very easy to approach and helpful in nature, they help us solving doubts and gives us tips in study.

There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
