Mechanics has always attracted me since school days, so what's better than Civil Engineering to learn what you love. The Director of the college was HOD of Civil Engineering at MNIT Allahabad. He would give us insight about various fields under civil engineering which helped us to understand the need of the hour and prepare relevant skills. Qualification of faculty - Most of the associate professors were M.Tech from IIT's and IISc. Few of them have cleared UPSC Engineering Services Examinations and were GATE top rank holders in their times. Young professors, full of energy dedicated at their job . Academically it's one of the best colleges of UP. There were two class tests within a span of a semester followed by final semester exams . Class tests levels were moderate to difficult and sems were easy to moderate.

The course curriculum is very carefully designed keeping the industry requirements in mind. The faculties at the campus are very highly competent and approachable for guidance at any given point of time. I was in the 2nd batch of the institute overall and the 1st batch for electrical engineering which gave me a lot of opportunity as well as responsibility to shape different activities, clubs and committees and give a level in the initial days for upcoming batches to level it up which they are doing incredibly well.

I choose the Civil Engineering course because of my interest in it. There is no worry about the availability and qualification of the Faculty. All facilities are masters in their respective fields. There are 3 term exams or class tests (CT) organised by the Exam Cell and the difficulty level of the exams was Moderate.

I was very much interested in electrical engineering so I opted for this course in my college. I think my affiliating university is not so good because sometimes it works very worst. But the teachers of our branch in my college are so good and as well as so talented also. Examinations are conducted as per the university circulars in regular intervals. As our college is a government college there is maximum chance that you will get your scholarship and the scholarship is almost about the tuition fees.

I choose Electrical Engineering in this college because this course is quite good in all REC present in our state. The 765 KV power plant just behind the college makes this course more interesting and relatable during studies and class time easy to understand the part. The faculty of electrical engineering is quite good they relate to power plants making it interesting. Semesters are held for approximately after 5 months. The scholarship committee of this college is quite good and supportive. I give 5 out of 5 to the scholarship committee. They interact with students and make sure that every eligible student can fill the form out and get their scholarship easily. The scholarship committee is very active. All faculties are well qualified from different IITs and NITs and most of the faculty have done their PhD also. Specifically electrical engineering faculty are quite supportive and their methods of teaching are good.

I have chosen to do B. Tech is one of the few courses where I can get a job just after I graduate. Thus, I have chosen the computer science branch. The faculties are well educated and they have completed their B . Tech from Tier 2/3 colleges. However, almost all the faculty members have completed their Masters and PhD from well-reputed IITs and reputed universities. However, I believe that teaching methods vary among branches. Exams are always held at a fixed time and difficulty is moderate. The examination is held free from any kind of Unfair Means. The fee has not been hiked since 2019. The tuition fee remains constant and students have the flexibility to pay in 2/3 installments. UP Government Scholarship is a scholarship being given to all students belonging to the same state. Students must have annual family income below Rs 150k and parents must not be Government employees. Usually, SC/ST students get more amount as compared.

The Curriculum is based on the latest syllabus and pattern of UGC and AICTE. Academic is good in my college. All classes run as per their schedule. Teachers are well-qualified from prestigious institutes like IITs and NITs.I am from the Electrical department, all faculties are very young and helpful, especially our HOD sir. You can complete your whole graduation in 2.5 lakhs but there is a separate fee structure for hotels of rs 12000 per year and rs 18000 for mess per semester. A scholarship facility is also available in our college by the UP government.
