Prism Cement, Ultratech and L&T are the major constant recruiters for civil engineering. For electrical and mechanical Lohia Industries , Minda Automobile , Bajaj are major recruiters. Since computer science is relatively new , we have no idea.

The placement opportunities are gradually increasing and with each passing year the number of companies visiting the campus are engineering multifold. While many old students have assured a place for themselves in different government job roles as well as in reputed institutions for higher studies.

The Placement & Job opportunities after completing the course of Civil Engineering are too good. There are many Government job opportunities opened after the completing course as well and the placement opportunities are also good. The Highest package of the RECM till now is 10 lpa offered by Byju's company to Civil Engineering Students. The Average package of the Placement is approx 3.5 lpa. After getting the degree I plan to prepare for a government job.

There is an average placement in our college and mostly 3rd year and final-year students are eligible for that. Some recurring companies like Amazon, Flipkart, HCL, Tech Mahindra, and many others. The highest package is about 10lpa and the average package is about 3.5 to 4lpa. About 50 per cent of students get placed from college placements. And personally, my plan after the degree is to get a higher degree.

The training and placement cell of this college is very bad. Only final-year students are allowed for drive companies are for pre-final-year students. Only sales companies are visiting fir drives and for the very minimum package. College is not focusing on core companies to bring them on board college T&P is not doing their work properly for student placement they only try on sales companies they have to focus on core one. I don't remember the name of the companies one I remember is that Teachnook for sales. I have planned a UG degree after completing of PG degree.

The eligibility criteria are not fixed they offer the most number of students for placements, as the number of placements is naturally less. A few visited recruiters are: 1. Amazon = 3 2. UpGrad = 7 3. Apollo Tyres = 20 4. HCL= 3 5. L & T (Off-campus)= 1 The highest package ever offered to any student is Rs 10,00,000 per annum And the average package is below 3 lac per annum. A very low percentage of the students are getting placed in the institute as the TPO of the college is responsible. The HODs of different departments are just doing their duties from 10 AM - 4 PM. They lack accountability and often reject responsibilities for placements. Even they are unable to invite companies for summer training. Students do internships after the 3rd year but they have to find themselves. I plan to go for higher studies like an MBA after appearing for the CAT examination. As I have lost all hopes of getting placed in the current institute. Most of the students have similar thoughts after college.

Talking seriously there is less than 40% placement ration in the college. Earlier placement was good. 2.5-4 lakh is the average lpa offered in the campus.Till date 10 lacs is the highest lpa offered in college by byjus's. But the best thing is that you have maximum free time for various exam preparation. Reading room and digital library is available for your preparation. Maximum students focus on government exam like ssc, gate, upsc. So if you want to prepare for government exams then this college is best.
