IBSAT syllabus includes topics from Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, and Data Adequacy/ Sufficiency and Data Interpretation subjects. The syllabus is largely similar to CAT exam syllabus. However, it does not have a General Awareness section like CAT.
ICFAI Business School has not officially released the detailed IBSAT exam syllabus for 2024. Aspirants willing to appear for the exam should check the previous year's question papers to understand the paper pattern and syllabus.
What Are The Subjects In The IBSAT 2024?
The syllabus is divided into four sections, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Data Adequacy And Data Interpretation, and Reading Comprehension. The VARC section is further split into two sections, Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension.

Reading Comprehension
The syllabus for Reading Comprehension is given below.

| The Reading Comprehension section syllabus comprises RC passages of moderate difficulty on Current Affairs, Business & Economics, Social Issues, Literature and other topics. |
| There are usually 3 RC passages of about 500-600 words and 1 RC Passage of about 400-500 words followed by 8 and 6 questions respectively. |
| Most questions are directly related to the RC passages and answers to them can be easily located in the RC passage itself. |
