IBSAT Registration 2025 is open on the official website from July 1, 2025. The application window will remain open till the third week of December 2025. The Application fee will be INR 1800. Note that, there is no relaxation in the registration fee for female or any reserved category candidates.

What Is IBSAT Exam?
IBSAT exam is a national-level entrance examination conducted once a year for admission to the MBA program offered at 9 campuses of the ICFAI Business School (IBS). The nine campuses are IBS Hyderabad, IBS Dehradun, IBS Jaipur, IBS Bangalore, IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai, and IBS Pune.

What Is IBSAT Eligibility Criteria?

How to register for IBSAT?
IBSAT 2025 registration is open from July 1, 2025, on the official website. Candidates can submit their application form by the third week of December 2025. Note that, the application form is available in two modes, online & offline. For offline mode, candidates will have to purchase from IBS Marketing Branches, from the nearest branches. There will be a common application form for MBA/ PGPM programmes at different campuses.
Required Documents
While filling out the application form, candidates need to be ready with the documents given below.
- Graduation certificates & mark sheets of Class 10 & 12
- Valid email ID
- Mobile number
- Photograph
- A scanned copy of the signature
- Candidates having a valid GMAT, NMAT by GMAC, and CAT score need to mail the scanned copy of their score/certificate to their official email ID.
For Offline Mode of Registration
- Candidates can purchase the application form from the designated IBS Branches for INR 1800.
- A voucher will be given to the candidate which they have to scratch and an application number and password will be issued.
- Applicants need to log on to the official website using the login details and change the password as instructed.
- Once the password is changed, the system will navigate to fill out the Application Form.
- Complete the process by filling in all the personal and academic details.
What Is IBSAT Registration Fees?
The registration fee will be Rs. 1800/-. The two modes of payment are given below.
