IBSAT Result 2026 will be announced separately after each weekend test cycle in December 2026. As per the announced IBSAT 2026 schedule, results will be released on the Monday immediately following each Saturday-Sunday test cycle. Candidates appearing on December 5-6, 12-13, 19-20, and 26-27 will therefore receive their results on December 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2026, respectively.
Candidates will be able to check their IBSAT 2026 result through the official IBS candidate login using their registered mobile/application number and password or the available OTP login option.

IBSAT 2026 scholarship decisions will also be announced along with the respective test-cycle results. IBS has announced scholarships worth Rs 10 crore, comprising 500 scholarships of Rs 2 lakh each, for eligible candidates applying to the MBA/PGPM 2027-29 programmes.

Candidates who appear for IBSAT 2026 can check their result online through the IBS candidate login after the result for their test cycle is declared.

Candidates shortlisted through IBSAT 2026 or an accepted CAT, XAT, NMAT by GMAC™ or GMAT™ score will be called for the IBS selection process. The current selection process consists of a Micro Presentation and Personal Interview. Group Discussion is not part of the current published selection process.
The Micro Presentation is used to assess communication and presentation skills and the candidate's ability to organise thoughts quickly. The Personal Interview evaluates the candidate's academic background, communication, attitude and overall suitability for the programme.
Final admission decisions are based on the candidate's past academic record and performance in the Micro Presentation and Personal Interview. IBS currently does not publish the old GD-based 25% + PI 25% weightage table as the selection formula for the MBA/PGPM 2027-29 admission cycle, so that outdated table should not be used for IBSAT 2026.
