The selection process this year introduces a new component—Micro Presentation replacing the Group Discussion. In this round, candidates are expected to deliver a concise talk that showcases their communication and presentation skills, as well as their ability to think on their feet and structure their thoughts effectively. Each candidate will select one topic from a set of three. They will have 4 minutes to complete the task—1 minute for preparation and 3 minutes for the presentation.
In addition to the Micro Presentation, candidates will undergo a Personal Interview. The interview is a critical part of the evaluation, focusing on the candidate's attitude, communication skills, and clarity of thought. Past academic records and performance in both the Micro Presentation and the Personal Interview will form the basis of the final admission decision.
The selection process will take place from February 15 to 24, 2025, at IBS Hyderabad, ensuring a transparent and merit-based selection.
