  • Qualifying Examination Marksheet (PUC/XII Std.) - Original

  • Original Degree Certificate and Marksheet (Applicable for PG Programs)
  • Internship Completion Certificate (For PG Programs)
  • Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, and Conduct Certificate
