The First Provisional Merit List for the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M. (Non-Residential) programmes of AILET 2025 are published on the official website of National Law University (NLU), Delhi. These lists are based on the AILET 2025 result and their counselling process.

AILET 2025 B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Programme
The registration process for online counselling began on December 13, 2024, and ended on December 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM. Only candidates who completed the registration and paid the counselling fee were considered for the First Provisional Merit List.
Steps for Provisional Admission
- Payment of Admission Confirmation Fee:
- Provisionally selected candidates must pay ₹50,000 by January 4, 2025, 11:00 AM.
- Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the admission offer, and the seat will be offered to the next candidate in merit order.
- Portal Activation: The portal for fee payment and downloading the Provisional Admission Offer Letter will be activated at 6:00 PM on December 27, 2024.
- Acceptance and Upload of Offer Letter: Candidates must download the offer letter from their AILET 2025 account, sign every page, and upload it with a signed undertaking by the candidate and their parents.
Important Note: Candidates declining the offer will forfeit their right to admission and the counselling fee refund.

AILET 2025 LL.M. (Non-Residential) Programme
The registration for online counselling started on December 13, 2024, and ended on December 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM. Candidates who completed the process and paid the counselling fee were included in the First Provisional Merit List.
Steps for Provisional Admission
- Payment of Admission Confirmation Fee:
- Selected candidates must pay ₹50,000 by January 4, 2025, 11:00 AM.
- Non-payment will result in the cancellation of admission, and the seat will be allotted to the next eligible candidate.
- Portal Activation: The fee payment and offer letter download portal will be available from 6:00 PM on December 27, 2024.
- Acceptance Process: Download the Provisional Admission Offer Letter from the AILET 2025 account, sign each page, and upload it with a signed undertaking from the candidate and parents.
Important Note: Candidates rejecting the offer will forfeit their right to admission.
