Documents Required for BIT Sindri PhD Admission 2024

Candidates must provide the original and two sets of photocopies of the below-listed documents at the time of verification:

  • Allotment / Admission letter provided by JUT Ranchi
  • Valid GATE Score Card (if applicable)
  • Original Admit Card, Marks Sheet & Passing Certificate of 10th, 12th / Diploma, B.Tech and M.Tech.
  • Local Residential Certificate
  • EWS Certificate & Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Local residential Certificate (for girls candidates who want to avail fee concession)
  • Original TC / CLC / SLC issued from the last attended Institution
  • Migration certificate
  • Photocopy of Aadhaar card
  • Fee Receipt
  • 6 colored passport-size photographs.
  • Any other document can be demanded at the time of admission if needed.
