Placements are the main reason people come here. For Electrical, big players like Tata Steel, JSW, and Vedanta are regulars. The average package stays around ?7–8 LPA, while the highest can go up to ?15–20 LPA for core branches. You become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. For internships, the college helps with vocational training in places like DVC or HURL, though paid internships are something you usually have to hunt for yourself on LinkedIn.

Though most of the students gets placed with an average of 6LPA on every branch some of the recruiters are TATA , Vedanta , JSW , Yamaha etc. The highest placement we have got till now is 44lpa on campus and off campus it's about 55lpa. 60-70% of the students gets placed other than that they opt for higher studies

Placement are little bit tougher for soft branches (CS/IT/ECE) as there are limited companies who visits for IT role here. Top recruiters of soft branches are TCS, Hitachi , Yamaha , Cognizant ,Capegimini .

Placement is limtied for soft branches( CS, IT ,ECE) here as there are a few number of companies only who visit for IT roles only. But one can get placement by doing 1-2 months hard work only . But for core branches placements are better.

The students who are in this college. More than 80 percent are placed in some companies. The average package is good and varies according to the branch and the students who have more knowledge and good speaking skill will get good placement.

Placements are average for soft branches CS,IT,ECE .There are only limited companies who visit for IT role .Main Recruiters for soft branches are TCS ,Hitachi, Cognizant ,Capegimini , Yamaha .But for Core branches ,placement is almost as same as NIT Jamshedpur.

the oncampus placement for upper branches like cse, it, ece, electrical is not much considerable (aprrox 3-6lakhs)because not much company reaches this company, but for lower branches, it's nice(Approx.13-15 lakhs).So, the better option for higher branches are offcampus approaching to companies.

Placement is quite good here especially for Core Branches like Mining ,Mechanical ,Electrical ,Chemical but for Soft branches CS/IT/ECE placements are little bit tough ,there are limited companies who visit for soft branches.

Placements in our college is good especially for core branches .many reputed companies came in our college for on campus placements.many company also came for providing internship opportunities.every company has their on eligibility criteria for allowing students to sit for their placement process. Most of the students are placed. In some branches like metallurgy mining production the placement percentage is 97 percentage.meaning most of the students get placed. Names of some reputed companies that came for placement process are tata steel, vedanta , samsung, etc.
