Choosing this course ( B.Tech Metallurgy ) was more of an gamble because I was not getting CSE in any other government college, and after checking past history of Metallurgy in this college, I was bound to take this branch over mechanical. Coming to the faculty of this college, most of them have done PHD from IIT or NIT with minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience. Also after addition of two more branches, new faculties are being recruited frequently and have a good teaching skill. If you have interest in the subject then you can bond well with the professor and if u don't have interest then there's no use of attending class as you won't understand anything Previously there used to 2 mid sem exams and 1 end sem which was hectic as the whole semester we used to be under pressure for exams but in new policy we only have one mid sem and 1 end sem so we can study well.

I choose Mechanical at NIAMT since this college has known for Manufacturing & Metallurgy, although Computer branch is also growing rapidly in the college. All the faculty (PhD Holders) are well qualified from IITs, NITs and other premier institutes. almost all faculty are helpful in nature, "some give marks and some not". sometimes semester exam get little delay and the paper is of moderate level. course curriculum is same as that of other institutes but difference is that here there is research facility in advanced manufacturing.

My course is metallurgical and materials engineering which is the most famous branch in my college! The professor are well qualified and have different teaching methods! Academics is kind of hectic as there is 9-5 class and 75% mandatory attendance

In the college the academic is good there is no. Any pressure but some facilities are very roude/egoistic he or she directly told that I will fail in subject and he or she make very difficult paper in exam

There is no academic pressure. Every student can easily pass the exam one day before the exam. The hostel is good. Wifi facilities are there. 143000 is the per-year fee structure. The mess quality is so good. Non-non-veg and veg options there.

I have always interested in the Manufacturing Sector and automobile sector and that’s the major reason to opt for the course Every semester there is a sem and End sem On average fee hike is about 10 to 15% Yes College provides scholarships for meritorious students

This course is very interesting in this field you can do either research or fieldwork. The faculties are very helping nature they will always help you regarding any matter and the fees are also quite good like 5-6 lakh for 4 years compared to private colleges. There were a total of 8 semesters in which there were 16 midsem and 8 endsem. There are many scholarships provided to college students like Aspire, NSP, etc.

There are 4 types of courses offered in b.tech i.e. computer engineering, mechanical, metallurgical and materials engineering, production and industrial engineering and also M.tech and p.hd. I have chosen metallurgy because placements are best for metallurgy and also for GATE preparation because every year our college is successful in getting a rank under 10 in the GATE exam even though most of our seniors have secured ranks 1 and 2 in GATE. Faculties have completed their M.tech and P.hd from IITs and NITs and some of them have done from foreign universities. Exams are at regular intervals with two mid-semester and one end sem every semester. The question is prepared by our respective professors and is not more difficult but somewhat. Most Questions are from lectures only. Studying at this college is very cost-effective you will get a good return on what you have paid as fee. The scholarship is given to 5 meritorious students every semester in each branch. The tuition fee gets off.

I chose this course because I got computer related branch at low rank All facilities are well qualified from IIT nits bits and share a large volume of knowledge and experience with us Midterms and end sems are just random we have to keep an eye on the the news and rumours for our exams The fee has been liked as it reached from like 50% from 5 lakhs for the course to like 7+ lakhs The college has some internal scholarship facilities but mostly are given by the government only like NSP etc.

You have to face mid-semester and end-semester exams. Every semester has 2 mid-semester sem exams and one end-semester exam which are quite difficult you have to be well prepared at the time of exams. 71750 is the semester fee and you can get various scholarships like NSP, ASPIR, etc, and some scholarships are offered by NGOs.
