Eligibility Criteria For The MTech Programme

  • Minimum 60% in a related field in BE, B.Tech, or (link unavailable).
  • Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Engineering with AMIE, AMIS, AMIICHE, AMIIM, or Grad IETE.
  • GATE scorecard (2024/2023/2022) required for full-time M.Tech programs.
  • Sponsored and part-time candidates without GATE scores are admitted based on merit in the qualifying degree.
  • Sponsored candidates must submit a one-year employment certificate.

DTU offers alternative admission routes for students without GATE scores through sponsored and part-time programs, requiring a BE/BTech score of 85% and an employment certificate.
