Ans. Yes, if the syllabus is largely covered. The last 40 days should be for revision, building speed, and analysis of mocks rather than covering new material. Candidates who have covered at least 70-80% of the PCM syllabus will be able to improve their marks significantly in the last 40 days.

Ques. How many mocks should I take in the last 40 days of BITSAT preparation?

Ans. One full-length mock should be taken every two days in the middle 15-day period, i.e., around 7-8 full-length mocks will be taken. More mocks are not as important as spending 3 hours per day on analysis of mocks. Accuracy improvement is more important than mocks taken.

Ques. Which subject should I prioritise in the BITSAT last 40 days?

Ans. Mathematics deserves the most time at 2 hours daily because it carries 40 questions worth 120 marks. Chemistry is the most returnable subject for quick score gains since it is heavily NCERT-based. Ques. Should I attempt bonus questions in BITSAT 2026?

Ans. Only if you finish all 130 questions with at least 10-12 minutes remaining and your accuracy is high. Once you move to bonus questions, you cannot return to revise your original 130 answers. Rushing into bonus questions to gain a few marks while leaving unreviewed wrong answers is a net loss.
