Ques: Is the BITSAT result declared immediately?
Ans: No. The BITSAT results aren’t declared immediately after the exam. Instead, candidates are shown with their raw scores on the computer display after they finish their exam and press the submit button. The detailed scorecard for the exam is usually released within 1-2 months after the exam.

Candidates can apply for counselling through preference filling soon after session 1 exam, from April 17, 2026.

Ques: Is 217 a good score in BITSAT?
Ans. According to the BITSAT 2025 cutoff, scoring 217 marks is considered below-average and may get admission in B.Pharm and B.E specializations like Civil, Chemical, Manufacturing, etc across the BITS campuses. However, popular specializations such as Computer Science and ECE may require higher cutoffs ranging between 290 to 320 marks.
Ques: Is BITSAT Iteration 1 result out?
Ans: No. The results for Iteration 1 for BITSAT 2026 is expected to be released on 15 June 2026 after session 1 and session 2 exams are conducted. The deadline for accepting seats in iteration 1 is 22 June, 2026.
