BITS Pilani has released the exam centres for the BITSAT 2021 along with the official brochure. To facilitate more candidates to appear for BITSAT 2021, the authority has increased the exam centres to 61 cities in India and abroad. Students applying for BITSAT 2021 can select a maximum of 3 preferable cities to appear for the examination. The final allotments will be done by the authority based on the availability of seats and the number of applications received. Aspirants can choose the exam time and date through the BITSAT slot booking process.

BITSAT 2021 Exam Centres

BITSAT 2021 will be held in 61 cities in India to facilitate maximum students to appear for the examination. Students can select from 3 most preferable cities and, based on the availability, BITS Pilani will allot the centre. Aspirants can check for their allotted centres by logging in through their application number and password, and select a date and time to appear for the BITSAT exam. For students who have been selected to appear for the examination in Dubai will automatically be allotted for the Dubai exam center.

How To Book Slot For BITSAT 2021?

Slot booking is compulsory for all candidates to appear for the BITSAT 2021. Candidates can start the slot booking procedure after the exam centres have been announced. At the time of slot booking, candidates need to select an exam date as per their preference. Depending on the exam date selected, candidates can view all the examination centres and timings. Candidates must then select the exam centre and time and confirm their slot booking. Once the slot booking is done successfully, the admit cards for the BITSAT 2021 will be generated automatically.

How To Check for Allotted Exam Centre for BITSAT 2021?

After the exam centres have been announced by BITS Pilani, students can confirm their slot booking for the BITSAT exam. The exam centres for BITSAT 2021 have been announced on 2nd June. Candidates who have successfully completed their slot booking can now check for the allotted exam centers for BITSAT 2021. The steps to check for the BISAT 2021 exam center’s allotment are as follows:

  • Go to the official website of BITSAT.
  • Click on the link “Click here to check BITSAT 2021 Centre Allotted to Candidates”.
  • Enter the login credentials, application number, date of birth, etc.
  • Click “Proceed” to enter your login portal.
  • Now you can view your allotted exam center and other details as well.

BITSAT 2021 Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates who wish to appear for the BITSAT 2021 should remember the following guidelines before entering the exam center.

  • Candidates must carry their admit cards along with valid ID proof (Aadhar, PAN, Voter) to their allotted exam center in order to appear in the examination.
  • Candidates are suggested to reach the examination center at least an hour before the exam to get used to the environment.
  • Aspirants are advised to visit the exam center one day before the exam to get an idea about the correct route and avoid any last moment confusion.
  • Candidates must sit only at the designated seat allotted to them based on an order.
  • Candidates should not carry mobile phones, calculators, or any other prohibited objects in the examination hall. If found carrying, the candidates may get disqualified from taking part in the examination.
  • For any problem with the system during the examination, candidates shall immediately inform the particular issue to the exam invigilators.
  • Candidates must be aware of the time since they won’t get any extra time to complete the exam.
  • All the rough work and calculations must be done on a plain sheet of paper which will be provided by the exam centers.

Ques. Which documents should I carry along with my admit card to the examination hall?

Ans: Candidates must carry valid ID Proof (Aadhar Card/ Voter ID/ PAN/ Passport) along with their admit card in the examination center.

Ques. Can I change my center after the allotment of an exam center?

Ans: No, the authorities do not allow you to change the examination center once it has been selected. Therefore, it is advisable to select the exam centers carefully. Candidates can select a total of 3 exam centers, make sure you select the ones that are nearest to you so that you can visit any one of them when allotted.

Ques. Can a candidate from Dubai select multiple examination centers?

Ans: No, candidates residing in Dubai are not allowed to select multiple exam centers for the BITSAT exams. The examination will be held in the Dubai campus of BITS and all the candidates must visit there on the examination day to participate in the BITSAT 2021. However, if any candidate wishes to appear for the examination from India, they can select from 3 different exam centers as per their preference.

Ques. When will I get my BITSAT admit card?

Ans: Candidates will receive their admit cards after successful slot booking.
