AILET 2024 Registration started on 7 August 2023 for admission to B.A.LL.B.(Hons.), LL.M., and Ph.D. Programs for the academic Year 2024-25 by National Law University Delhi. Candidates who are Interested in all these programs can register their names through the official admission portal at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in till 13 November 2023. AILET Registration 2024 started on 7 August 2023.

AILET Exam 2024 will be conducted offline on 10 December 2023 from 11 am to 1 pm. AILET examination for the B.A.LL.B (Hons.) program consists of three (3) sections, each containing 150 multiple-choice questions, contributing to a total of 150 marks. The allotted time for the exam will be 120 minutes according to the modified syllabus of AILET 2024 for the B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Programme.

Candidates must fulfill the program-wise eligibility criteria before applying for the AILET Exam. Candidates must have passed the Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 system) or an equivalent examination with 45% marks for B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) program. For LL.M. [One Year Programme], candidates need to have LL.B. or an equivalent law degree with 50% marks. As for Ph.D in Law, a degree in LL.M or an equivalent law degree with 55% marks is required.

General/ OBC category candidates need to pay the online application fee of Rs 3500 and SC/ST/ PWD category candidates need to pay Rs 1500. Applicants belonging to the SC/ST category and falling below the Poverty Line (BPL) are eligible for an exemption from the application fee.

AILET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the AILET 2024 Exam candidates must meet the eligibility criteria. Program-wise eligibility criteria are given below:

• B.A.LL.B.(HONS.) [FIVE-YEAR PROGRAMME] - Candidates who have completed the Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 system) or an equivalent exam with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities) are eligible to apply. Those who are scheduled to take the 12th standard annual examination in 2024 are also eligible to apply.
• LL.M. [ONE YEAR PROGRAMME] - Candidates who hold an LL.B. degree or an equivalent qualification in law with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities) are eligible to apply. Those who are in the final year of their LL.B. annual examination in 2024 are also eligible to apply.
• Ph.D. PROGRAMME - Applicants should possess an LL.M. degree or its equivalent in law with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBCs non-creamy layer/Differently Abled/Economically Weaker Section).

• After that on the home page click on the AILET 2024 Application link
• Register yourself by providing your email address, contact details and creating a password. 
• After that fill out the application form with the personal and academic details
• After filling out the application form candidates must upload the required documents.
• After uploading the documents to complete the application process candidates must pay the application fee online using the available payment options ( debit/credit card, net banking, etc.)
• Finally, submit the application form
• Candidates must download the filled application form for future use.
