AILET 2024 Application Form will be released on August 7, 2023, according to the official Notification released by National Law University, Delhi (NLUD). The application form will be made available on the official website - nationallawunviersitydelhi.in. AILET 2024 exam date has also been announced by NLU Delhi. AILET 2024 exam will be conducted on 10 December 2023 from 11 AM to 12:30 PM.

AILET exam is conducted over 90 minutes and consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 10 descriptive questions. There will be 25 marks available for descriptive questions. The correct answer will be given 1 mark, and the wrong answer will be deducted 0.25 marks. AILET question paper for BA LLB exam comprises 150 objective-type questions and there are three sections in the question paper English, logical reasoning, and general knowledge including current affairs.

AILET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to fulfill all the requirements to appear in the AILET 2024 exam. Following is the list of eligibility criteria to appear in the exam.

  • In the AILET 2024 Exam, there is no age bar for the candidate who wishes to appear in the exam.
  • Candidates who are belonging to the general category must have a minimum of 50% marks in the class 12th exam and candidates who are SC, and ST categories must have at least 45% marks in the 12th exam

AILET 2024 Exam pattern

The exam pattern and syllabus of the AILET 2024 Exam have been updated with the exam date notification on the official website by NLU Delhi. The exam pattern of BA LLB (Hons) of AILET 2024 is listed below:

  • The total number of questions in the BA LLB (Hons) question paper is 150
  • All the questions are MCQ based
  • Each question carries 1 mark
  • The question paper will be divided into three sections: The logical Reasoning section carries 70 marks, the English Language carries 50 marks, and Current Affairs & GK section carries 30 marks
