AILET 2024: NLU has revised the syllabus for BA LLB, LLM, PhD programs. The revised AILET Syllabus 2024 is available on the official website of the National Law University (NLU) Delhi at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.

All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) for admission to the B.A.LL.B. (Hons), LL.M., and Ph.D. programs at the National Law University, Delhi, is scheduled to take place on Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. AILET 2024 Registration last date is 13 November 2023. 

AILET 2024 admit cards will be issued on 20 November 2023. Candidates who are appearing in AILET 2024 exam must check the official website for the revised syllabus before starting the exam preparation.

AILET 2024 Syllabus (Revised)

AILET 2024 Revised Syllabus for B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) programme is given below:

• The AILET 2024 examination for the B.A.LL.B (Hons.) program will consist of three (3) sections, each containing 150 multiple-choice questions, contributing to a total of 150 marks. The allotted time for the exam will be 120 minutes.
• Negative marking will be implemented in AILET 2024. The deduction will follow a specific formula: 0.25 multiplied by the total marks for a correct answer (0.25 * 4 = 1). Consequently, for each incorrect response, 0.25 marks will be subtracted. This translates to a deduction of 1 mark for every four incorrect answers.
• The examination will comprise three sections as follows:
  • Section A: English Language (50 questions; 50 marks).
  • Section B: Current Affairs & General Knowledge (30 questions; 30 marks).
  • Section C: Logical Reasoning (70 questions; 70 marks).

If two or more candidates obtain identical scores in the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), their ranking will be established based on their higher scores in the LOGICAL REASONING section of the AILET 2024. If the merit remains unchanged, the older candidate will be given priority. If the merit persists, a computerized draw of lots will be utilized to make the final result.
