Eligibility Criteria For IIIT Hyderabad UG Admission 2025

The detailed eligibility criteria for IIIT Hyderabad UG Admission are mentioned below:-

Through UGEE

  • Must have completed Class 12 or equivalent with PCM by June 2025
  • Students who completed Class 12 before 2021 are not eligible

Through SPEC

  • Must complete Class 12 or equivalent with PCM by July 2025
  • Must meet one of these requirements:
    • Currently in 4th semester of six-year integrated program (12th + B.Tech)
    • Studied at JNV from Class 6 to 12

Through LEEE

  • For ECD Program:
    • Must complete 4 semesters of B.E./B.Tech by July 2025
    • Eligible branches: ECE, ETE, EIE, EEE, IoT, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Computer Engineering
  • For CSD Program:
    • Must complete 4 semesters of B.E./B.Tech by July 2025
    • Eligible branches: CSE, IT, AI & ML, Data Science, Software Engineering
