Eligibility Criteria For PhD & M.Tech Program 2025

To be eligible for the IIITU PhD and M.Tech programs, candidates must meet the following requirements:-

PhD Program Eligibility

  • 3 years of teaching experience in graduate-level institutions
  • Master's degree in the relevant discipline

Master's Degree Program

  • 1 year of teaching experience in graduate-level institutions (Note: This seems to be an error, as it's unusual for a master's program to require teaching experience. Typically, a bachelor's degree is the primary requirement.)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
