Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad has announced the admission schedule for the M.A. in Digital Humanities & Social Sciences for the 2025-2026 academic year. Candidates can apply online through the IIT Dhanbad application portal, starting from March 10, 2025.

IIT ISM Dhanbad MA Eligibility

• Applicant must have an undergraduate degree in the relevant subject with a Minimum of 60% marks or CGPA/CPI of 6.0.
• A relaxation of 5% marks is provided to candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories.
• Final-year candidates are eligible to apply, but they must provide proof of eligibility before physical registration.

MA Admission Process

• A written test will be conducted by IIT ISM Dhanbad, covering topics like English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Computer & Information Technology.
• Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be invited for an interview, where their communication skills, social science knowledge, and clarity of thought will be assessed.
• A total of 30 seats are available for the MA Programme.
