Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has officially released the schedule for the second round of counselling for admissions to the Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care (NPCC) Programme (CET Code 116) for the academic session 2024-25.

IPUCET 2024: Counselling Schedule

Candidates who had applied for this programme and paid the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1500 are invited for document verification, a personal interview, and the subsequent seat allotment process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Must be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with a recognized state nursing council. Additionally, candidates should have:
  • B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing with at least 55% aggregate marks from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
• Work Experience:
  • Minimum one year of work experience (preferably in critical care units) before or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
  • For Basic B.Sc. For nursing graduates, a minimum of one year of experience in critical care units is desirable.

Documents Required

Candidates must bring the following documents during the verification process:

• Bank Draft of Rs. 97,000 in favour of Registrar, GGSIPU, payable at Delhi.
• Four passport-sized photographs.
• CET-2024 Admit Card (Original).
• Filled Admission Verification Form (Appendix 6 of Part F).
• Filled Preference Sheet (Appendix 11A of Part F).
• Proof of Date of Birth (Original and photocopy).
• Mark sheets/Certificates of the qualifying examination (Original and photocopy).
• For Distance/Open Learning, submit study centre proof.
• Medical Fitness Certificate as per format in the Admission Brochure.
• Reserved Category Certificate for candidates claiming reservation.
• Conduct and Character Certificate (Original).

Guidelines For IPU CET Candidates

• Bring all the required documents, including original certificates, bank drafts, and reservation proofs.
• Ensure eligibility before filling out the verification slip during document checking.
• Seat allotment will proceed only after document verification and the personal interview.
• The IPUCET counselling process is based on 75% of the marks from the qualifying examination and 25% from the personal interview performance.
