MGCUB PhD Admission Key Points

  • Candidates are required to present a Research Proposal before the Department Research Committee (DRC) during the interview.
  • Candidates must also send the soft copy of the Research Proposal (2000-3000 words) to the email address headhindi@mgcub.ac.in as per the schedule mentioned.
  • Candidates are required to submit an admission fee of INR 24,750 at the time of admission.

Documents Required for MGCUB PhD Hindi Admission

Candidates must bring the below-listed original documents along with the self-attested photocopies of the same at the time of admission:

  • Five sets of Research Proposal.
  • Copy of submitted online application form.
  • Marksheets and certificates of Class 10th and 12th.
  • Marksheets and certificates of Graduation and Post-Graduation.
  • Certificate and Scorecard of UGC-NET-JRF/ NET/ SLET/GATE/ Teacher Fellowship, etc.
  • Five recent passport-size photographs.
  • Aadhar card.
  • Extra Co-Curricular Activities Certificates, if any.
  • Bank Account details of the student, i.e. Account No., IFSC-Code, and Name of account holder & address of Bank.
  • Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
  • Transfer/Migration Certificate from the Head of the Institution/ University last attended.
  • Affidavit for intervening period/gap of over three years on 100/- stamp paper (if applicable).
  • SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS Certificate (if applicable).
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Employers, wherever applicable.
  • Antiragging forms duly signed by the students & parents/guardians.
