MGCUB PhD Admission Key Points
- For admission to Ph.D. Programme, 70% weightage will be given for valid test scores and 30% weightage for the interview.
- The Ph.D. admission will be based on the combined merit of valid NET marks and the marks obtained in the Interview.
- Candidates are required to pay the fees through the Samarth portal after the declaration of the result.

The fee structure for PhD Botany is as follows:

Documents Required for MGCUB PhD Admission
Candidates are required to bring the below-listed original documents along with one set of attested photocopies of the same at the time of admission:
- Copy of submitted online application form.
- Mark sheets and certificates of Class 10th and 12th.
- Marks sheet and Certificate of Graduation and post-graduation, etc.
- Certificate of UGC-NET-JRF/ NET/ SLET/GATE/ Teacher Fellowship, etc.
- Five recent passport-size photographs.
- AADHAR card.
- Original Extra- /Co-Curricular Activities Certificates, if any.
- Bank Account details of the student i.e. Account No., IFSC-Code, and Name of account holder & address of Bank.
- Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
- Transfer/Migration Certificate (in original) from the Head of the Institution /University last attended.
- Affidavit for intervening period/gap of over three years, if applicable on 100/- stamp paper.
- SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS Certificate
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Employers, wherever applicable.
- Anti-ragging forms duly signed by the applicants & parents/guardians.
