Benefits of APAAR ID and Aadhaar for NEET Registration

In a January 14 notice, NTA encouraged candidates to use their APAAR ID and Aadhaar-based authentication while NEET UG registration.

• Simplified Application: auto-filling of details, reduces manual errors
• Enhanced Exam Efficiency and Verification: use of Aadhaar-based advanced technology like Facial Authentication Method for quicker, and more accurate verification
• Candidate’s Welfare: ensures unique identification of candidates, safeguarding their interests
• Candidate’s Role: make sure the Aadhaar credentials are up-to-date including facial recognition data

NEET UG 2025 Exam Pattern

This year, NEET 2025 exam will revert to the pre-COVID paper pattern. The key changes are follows:

• There will be No Section B
• There will be No optional questions
• There will be No extra time
