Moreover, NEET 2025 exam pattern will revert to the pre-COVID format. Candidates have to answer 180 questions and there will be NO options. NEET UG 2025 exam will be conducted in a single day, single session, in Pen-and-Paper Mode.

Benefits of APAAR ID and Aadhaar for NEET Registration
In a January 14 notice, NTA encouraged candidates to use their APAAR ID and Aadhaar-based authentication while NEET UG registration.
- Simplified Application: auto-filling of details, reduces manual errors
- Enhanced Exam Efficiency and Verification: use of Aadhaar-based advanced technology like Facial Authentication Method for quicker, and more accurate verification
- Candidate’s Welfare: ensures unique identification of candidates, safeguarding their interests
- Candidate’s Role: make sure the Aadhaar credentials are up-to-date including facial recognition data

NEET UG 2025 Exam Pattern
This year, NEET 2025 exam will revert to the pre-COVID paper pattern. The key changes are follows:
- There will be No Section B
- There will be No optional questions
- There will be No extra time
