Rajasthan strengthened its standing as an emerging innovation powerhouse following the successful Rajasthan DigiFest × TiE Global Hackathon hosted at Vivekananda Global University. The event, conducted under Rajasthan DigiFest 2025 in collaboration with 10the TiE Global and aligned with the TiE Global Summit, highlighted the state’s growing national footprint in digital innovation.

The initiative is spearheaded under the visionary leadership of Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, underscoring Rajasthan’s firm resolve to nurture innovation, promote entrepreneurship, and build a future-ready startup ecosystem. As part of the program, hackathon winners will receive an extensive growth support package featuring prize money, a dedicated exhibition space at the TiE Global Summit 2026, access to prospective investments from leading investors, and grant assistance and mentorship to help scale their solutions.

The nationwide innovation challenge drew participation from over 700+ innovators across 250+ teams, representing 54 cities spanning 12 States and Union Territories. The breadth and diversity of entries positioned it among the region’s largest and most inclusive hackathons, with notable engagement from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

The hackathon addressed key problem areas across seven priority domains identified in coordination with government departments, including digital agriculture and farmer support systems, smart health records and emergency response, intelligent road infrastructure, smart surveillance and public safety, tourism intelligence and footfall analytics, unified civic grievance redressal, and water governance with smart utilities. Participants harnessed AI, data analytics, IoT, and digital platforms to develop scalable, impact-oriented solutions aligned with both state and national priorities.

After an intensive evaluation by an expert jury comprising representatives from government, industry, academia, and the TiE Global ecosystem, the following teams were announced as winners and runners-up:

The hackathon was powered by Reskill, with Vivekananda Global University serving as the venue partner, and received significant support from the Department of Information Technology & Communication, Rajasthan, Government of Rajasthan.

With expert mentorship and jury guidance from the TiE Global and Rajasthan DigiFest ecosystem, the initiative empowered participants to co-develop impactful, real-world solutions, further strengthening Rajasthan’s ambition to emerge as a national center for youth-driven innovation and digital transformation.
