- Infrastructure and campus are overwhelmingly good and it's the cleanest and most well maintained college in West Bengal with most greenery, located at the very Heart of the city.
- Faculties have helped us from the very beginning of admission and they tried their level best to provide us with the best with a very friendly calm attitude
Dislikes
- My Hometown is very fa away at Purba Medinipur district
- It's very expensive and time consuming to travel once from Home
Remarks :
THIS college is the second-best college in West Bengal which provides the best placement and is located in one of the key industrial areas of West Bengal. And the culture here is best For studies I say as most Prestigious colleges of West Bengal Are located here including AIIMS Kalyani. so the environment is very student Friendly and I passed the WBJEE examination and got admission through my WBJEE rank.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Courses are well designed though my subject Electrical engineering is one of the hardest engineering subjects to study, the faculty helps us by removing the unnecessary parts of the course and making us ready according to the jab scenario. They are very much Helpful
Internships Opportunities :
Internships both from college and outside are available I opted for an internship on my own at a gaming company mostly for marketing Nd content creation. Internships are Mostly available after 2nd year of Btech.
Placement Experience :
Many Renowned students have studied at our institution, our college has a record of almost 100% placement, and companies like TCS are cognizant of Wipro's growth Flipkart micro Facebook Google (outcampusing) etc are the most employers
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Kgec Nadia is the 2nd Best college in West Bengal it provides btech degrees in engineering with high skill enhancement programs and makes us ready for the industry. The fee structure is very minimal, payments are done semester-wise approx 7000 rupees per sem with no additional charges. The hostel facility is provided on demand at a rate of 13000 per semester. All admissions are done through WBJEE, I AM CURRENTLY PERSUING ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AT THIS COLLEGE.
Campus Life :
Not Campus we can say it's a village itself which includes humongous wildlife and Trees, it's impossible to cover such distance on foot. We have our student union which helps us in all possible manners including notes, projects or anything We have our coding and robotic clubs run by seniors and subject professors, which have been in the news recently for their achievements Many of our students got placed in ISRO and some of the older students had worked in Chandrayan mission
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel service is moderate, No ragging is possible as every Year students have separate buildings which are located apart from each other. The building is old but we'll maintain it. Hostel fees are 13000 Rupees per semester

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
