After 12 th boards, u need to apply for Neet since it is a prestigious college and is usually preferred all over Indian students after aiims delhi u need to bring a double-digit rank if u are a general (AIQ) But if u have done ur schooling for Delhi, u can get it under 900 rank (for general) Bcz seat distribution is 85 - DUQ and 15 - AIQ for other categories like sc, ST, OBC, army, and news seats are reserved so students from these categories can get it at a comparatively lower rank also.
The faculties here are highly qualified and are renowned authors of pan-Indian MBBS subject books. All the professors are MBBS, MD, and further qualifications in their respective fields. I chose this course but I had a particular interest in human biology. The teachers here are very approachable, even the professors, and srs, jars, pgs are too very helpful and friendly. They counsel us from time to time regarding important topics so that we may not feel stressed due to the vast course. There are 2 terms and 1 pre proof examination which are gonna determine ur internals Terms are relatively harder and checking is also strict hence students find it difficult to pass but that's only done to prepare for the university examinations
After our internship is over u have to appear for the entrance examination at various medical colleges to get a seat in pg courses in ur desired department, some of the exams being intact for aiims and neet pg for a good sum of colleges, in mamc, u have access over du university quota hence it's easier for u to get a seat in any of the 3 colleges under Delhi university in pg ( namely ucms, mamc, lhmc).
After completing our final year proofs, an internship starts wherein u serve at Lok Nayak, GB pant, guru nanak eye centre, and other associated hospitals with mamc. It won't be a new experience for u as u are provided preclinical exposure at MAMC from the 1st year itself ( 2nd year proper posting in various departments), interns in return get a monthly stipend which is almost constant in all Delhi medical government hospitals, 25k - 30k, the amount keeps on increasing with amendments
Academic fees - 5000/yr Hostel fees (boys) - 6000 / yr + security deposit At the end of the year - university registration fees - 4000 Fees are almost constant per year as it is a government institution. Students of GOI and CW quota have access to scholarships which are declared null and void if they get supple in any of the 19 subjects. Also, there are scholarships from the college side that u can apply for if u are an EWS or fulfill the criteria stated. There are no as such lab fees/development fees / caution fees only academic fees at the start of the year And books and lab coats will be at our expense, but for old books, u can always contact ur seniors.
Fest - synapse Last yr conducted in September but the month may vary every year, it is the peak time in the college with various events throughout the day and night for 4 days Many renowned artists are invited to perform at the evening events Sports - we have a team for basketball(girls and boys), football, cricket, volleyball (girls and boys), chess , badminton, and table tennis which participate in various inter-college events We have a large but ground which is taken into use for inter-college team sports, it is well maintained The swimming pool is likely to open this year. Moreover in extracurricular, we have societies for dance, drama, music, literary, and cultural councils which are active throughout the year and conduct massive events in which the whole college participates. We have reading rooms in each hostel and a central Library which has 2 parts. A 24*7 open for studying on our own. The main part is reserved for books, journals, and all the required amenities for the course. Lts are new.
Every hostel has a mess so u have access to a wide range of messes to try each day, food quality is standard at these hostel messes and varies a little from each other U can always order if u don't like the thali And the price is also very low Infrastructure of hostel is a bit old but is under renovations We have lifts in some hostels and private acs are allowed, cleanliness of hostel premises might be a challenge at times, but on our one call the authorities are very responsive Hostel Accommodation may be a problem in the first year, especially for boys, aiq students are allowed hostel followed by duq quota students based on distance priority order, hence delhi ncr boys may face difficulty here but thankfully we have parsi Sarai nearest to mamc followed by firoz shah / vikram nagar pgs, also u have government quarters within the campus. The registration process for a hostel is easy u just have to fill out a form u need to take from the caretaker of our respective hostel.

So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in .
