mamc is an overall reputed college. one of the best in country. it has well infrastructured lecture theatres and laboratories. the associated hospital LNH is located as a joint institution with easy access to training and education. the college will be alloted as per the counselling of neet ug, the cut off is high. for delhi state quota it may go max upto 1k rank i guess. no interviews were taken.
My decision of choosing mbbs was a pure interest in the field. The faculty at the institution is highly qualified and experienced. The term exams are conducted twice an year followed by pre university and university examinations.
There is compulsory one year internship after the 4th year at LNH hospital. It will last for an year. There would be a time distribution in which you’ll be posted for duties in almost every department throughout the year. This is an actual relevance of medical training.
The future job opportunities depend solely on the next competetive medical exams you give. There are no placement opportunities. You may opt for a postgraduation degree by giving NEET pg examination. Or you could give other equivalent govt. medical officer exams.
annual fees is around 2800. the admission fee with security deposit was around 5k. annual examination fee could vary 2k-5k. There is no difference between the college fees of different categories candidates. Scholarships are available for the economically weaker sections.
The social life depends on the kind of person you are, it varies from being monotonous for the introverts to highly excited for the opposite natured peeps. Their is a bookshop within the campus for purchase of the course related books. As for library! it is a high volumed 2 storied space with both medical and non medical literature and a reading room. The annual fest SYNAPSE is conducted in the month of September-October which provides relief from academics. People usually attend t he festa of other medical and non medical colleges too. If you are into sports there are the facilifor that too. A basketball court, a badminton court and various other clubs for specific sports. There is student committe known as AMA the electives of which are decided by a single day offline elections. Multiple social media platforms pertaining to interests of a variety of people are run. overall is a pleasant 5.5 year experience.
i havent opted for a hostel but i could stay at my friends’ when needed. The food quality is mid but you could opt for other canteens in the campus. If you are from states other than delhi then allotment of hostel is a quick process, if you are from delhi it may take an year or two before you get an allotment. There are PG rooms available at 10 min walking distance from the main college building whose rent may vary, avg-10k per month.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
