- Infrastructure- College infrastructure is not bad as the college and hospital are well connected to each other so that patients and the doctors don’t face any problem going one place to another
- Campus life- our campus have nescafe ,ccd , canteen and beautiful ground with some beautiful flowers in the campus
Dislikes
- Stipend- I think the stipend fir both doctors and for those doing internship is less then it should be
- Management - In some cases in my opinion the managment doesn’t take appropriate steps
Remarks :
I got to know about it through counselors When I gave neet-ug exam I got 48,625 rank . Then I was scared if I’ll get any college or not but then I started following one of the counselors on you tube from where I got to know about this college and filled for the counseling process here in west bengal and got this luckily.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I wanted to become a doctor like it was my dream as a child The faculties are doctors too or we can say well qualified ones We give term exams every 3-4 months and final end year exams once every year whose difficulty standards are set by wbuhs and afe pretty much difficult also
Internships Opportunities :
Internship too is done in our college as the hospital is present with the college So the students have to go to the hospital KPC where they work under different seniors and consultants The internship stipend is Rs 18000 per month
Placement Experience :
Placement is not done as such like you get your mbbs degree and then you can apply for your job in any hospital in the country whether private or government and then you get salaries accordingly which means you get paid according to the department you get in job interview
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid 50 lcs totaol for course of 5.5 years MBBS I’m in final year that is 4th right now My friends with reservations with quota are paying 12 lacs for the same course of 5.5 years MBBS Otherwise college is all good
Campus Life :
Our college organize fest every year once in which various activities are held like sports cultural and many more. Books to read are available in library whick can be borrowed by students whenever they need and a small stationary shop is also present near the library Dance , drama and many other clubs present
Hostel Facilities :
Yeah I did took hostel in 1st year of college and the experience was good Like rooms were good Mess was also there in hostel which has an advantage to give the food time to time to students and resident doctors living in hostel

Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
