- Insta structure of LPU is just too good the classes contain cushion chair smart classes 3 AC minimum in a single class. There are a large number of canteens like as far I know there are 100 + canteens in LPU and 5 or 6 food courts in LPU containing Domino's and many franchise outlets.
- Second thing I like about LPU is a feature known as RMS if you face any problem you can put RMS on LPU touch mobile app and that will be solved efficiently and fastly you don't have to go from this window to that window you just have to put RMS for a problem.
Dislikes
- First thing I don't like about LPU is huge to who dent intake due to which students and faculties both suffer. Student suffers in terms of getting good teacher sometime and faculty suffer to handle this large amount of students.
- Second thing I don't like about help you is help you cards they are two root according to me the student we behaving like this to students LPU on their own police station in LPU. If anything you have done wrong in help you slightly wrong they will be putting umc case against you and cancelling your scholarship this is not a right thing according to me and I don't like this.
Remarks :
Like when I was in 12th standard I was preparing for jay but things didn't came into my favor so I have to choose a college which is good and also affordable so I look for LPU because in Punjab local area is like not very expensive but I think hostels are little bit expensive for middle class people. Admission process is at simple as that if you want to get admission in LPU you will get it no matter what the admit student through a test name LPU nest the score of your test will be deciding your scholarship and the questions will be ask from physics chemistry maths and aptitude on 12th class level. Good and bad aspects of LPU are like infrastructure and facilities provided by LPU stop not but the only bad thing I have faced here it use crowd and huge student intake in my opinion LPU shouldn't be taking so many admissions in BTech CSE like when I took admission there were 6000 students who to admission in b.tech CSE only and it is a huge number in my opinion.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this call because I wanted to be a engineer from the very start like when I was prepairing for my jee and some how I don't get any good government college so I have to come here in LPU. If you want to do something then I'll be is a good face will provide you a various offers and opportunity is in terms of companies and like also if you want to go abroad LP will be facility you with their collaborated College in foreign. Qualifications of faculties are most of them are PhD and those who are not PhD are doing their PhD here from LPU only as we know the huge student intake in LPU there are chances that you got some I am not telling bad teachers but teacher who struggles to make you understand things in engineering overall teaching is good that is from PPT. Help you took exams in two phases midterm and term all exams are MCQs sometime exams are theory in anthem but in LPU exams hard to survive not as we know the reputation of LPU.
Internships Opportunities :
There are many companies that I have had that this company is visiting LPU like capeGemini Infosys TCS and many new startups Microsoft and Amazon also visit LPU. In summer vacations I also update for a internship in a startup based company in Delhi in which I was working react JS and they give me type and of 12000 and that was work from home. LPU provides enough technical tools to their student to prepare for placements. The startup where I work they build website according to the demand of client and I build a website of a car shop owner in react j using for front end and I used node js as backend.
Placement Experience :
Placements in LPU are good according to our seniors and as if I am in 3rd year I receive notifications from LPU that this company conducted drive or this company will be visiting your campus next day and if you are eligible. You can apply in that only and as we know online I'll be you shows that 100% students were placed. But as we know due to large intake of student there are many student who don't study well and you don't let them city in the drive because it will only rain there reputation only in front of recruiter if you are good in study is you will be getting packages what 9 to 10 lakh easily in CSE. Some of the hard working students got 4250 lakh but I guess that 2 is off campus. But yes help you do provide placement opportunities to the worthye students. If you deserve placement if you know more than average then you will be placed easily. My plan after degree is to take a job and gain experience and then work further.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My year wise fees is 172000 but actually it was 2 lakhs and 40000 and I was given as scholarship 36000 per sem. In LPU there is no hidden fees only your semester fee and 4000 examination fee and I guess LPU increases fees in one or two years for 10000 per semester. Help you do give so many scholarship first of all LPU give scholarship on a test name LPU nest in which you will be appearing for a test in which you will be given test in subjects of maths physics chemistry and aptitude and according to the score you will be given scholarship. LPU also provide scholarship to the students who have scored more than 90% in there 10th or 12th and if your chairperson tile is genuine then I'll be will be also be providing your scholarship UP to 40% on your semester fees. LPU also provides scholarship to the children of army army personals and some seats are for the orphan kids. Let me explain you with example I am a student in currently 3rd year.
Campus Life :
Campus life in LPU is like just wow on and every is daily 15th fests take place in LPU like last month spectra was conducted. Library in LPU is very good and there are sufficient amount of books in library like if there is a one book of one author there will be 20 to 30 copies of that book only so availability of book is good. For PSD scholarship the general service and setting space is separate and it is too good the library is like 6 floor library filled with so much books if you want to study them. Help you also provide so many facilities to the sports people like people who are having medal in any district a state level game they will be given scholarship were there fees and hostel and Messi like we know many big names in Olympic India are from LPU only. There eat swimming pools and four of them are Olympic level swimming pools basketball courts gym tennis court badminton court everything you have got an LPU there are many social media clubs in LPU.
Hostel Facilities :
I am a day scholar from first sem but I know about hostel little bit from my friends like yes hostel is expensive according to them you can get better facilities outside of the colleges and that amount of money invest the food is like okay okay not that bad as we know they have to cook in bulk yes you can eat it it's not like uneatable. Registration of hostel and easy as you will be admitting in LPU they will we providing you all the facilities easily and the menu of mess changed everyday as far I know. There is a area near LPU known as LPU lawgate we are most of the fishes are situated is little bit unsafe and that two because of local people of Punjab. They came here to drink and shell drugs and they will be accusing student are doing this all. Yes if you don't care about what is happening around you can study well but I am not presiding in locket I am reciting in Jalandhar cantt and good area where people live with their family is and peacefully.

To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
