Likes
- Infrastructure is good and environment is also good. Some faculties are supportive.
- Campus life is also good because you get so many options to explore.
Dislikes
- Campus is very large, we don't need too much campus, also some faculties are not supportive.
- Some students will demotivate you here, so we have to make friendship with good humans.
Remarks :
I was finding a college where i can get lot of opportunity and a good environment. My college is so large it is of around 600acres. Campus is very beautiful and infrastructure is also very nice. So many companies visit in our college ,if you are skilled person you will get a good job from here. Drawback is one thing that the crowd of the college is increasing day by day.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This course provides so much job roles in future and also the demand is too high. In each semester we get new faculty and to be honest some are great some are not able to deliver a good lecture.1 semester is of 4 months and in the 4th month , college conducts end term exams and in 2 months it conducts mid term exams.
Internships Opportunities :
I am learning data structure and algorithm as well as full stack web dev. And at the end of the third year i will apply for internship. I have made few projects using html css js react. I have solved more than 65 questions on leetcode.
Placement Experience :
Yes so many companies visit to our college, if you are a perfect person that you can grab the opportunities. The package totally depends on your skills and knowledge. Average salary is 6-8lpa. Crowd is more that's why percentage of selection is about 10 percent.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My total fee of 1 semester is 1 lakh rupee and total fee of 1 year is 2 lakh which includes 8 thousand rupee for examination .Total college fee of 1 year is 2 lakh 40 thousand ,but i got scholarship of 20 thousand per semester because of college scholarship exam.
Campus Life :
Overall college life is so good. You will get everything in the campus. So many food courts are available, if you are a sports person you will get playground and area of every sport. Classes are quiet good. If you are interested in co curricular activity you will get so many options.
Hostel Facilities :
IN my first year i was in hostel , i think fees is high and it is increasing 10 thousand per year. Mess is very bad. If you want to explore the hostel life you can go for it. From second year onwards i came to law gate area which is near the college. If you want to save the money of your parents then you can prefer pg.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
