Remarks :
Yes, I gave CUET entrance test. I got allotment in this college. Why I chose this college, not only because of the DU stamp , but I liked the course Iwas selected in. BBE is a professional course and doing it from Gargi College makes it perfect.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As a fresher, I could only provide my experience in these 2 months. As I entered the college the vibe was totally different, I felt positive and want to attend it regularly. As for choosing BBE , I wanted to do something which not only is a simple course but will provide something if I go for into the business line. For the faculty, I believe they have the best of them.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total fees is 46000 and it is constant throughout.
Campus Life :
Yesterday only, we had our freshers, what a great event it was , the fabulous performances and incredible decoration. We got refreshments too,that were not too good , but more on okayish side.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
