the main reason for going through assam down town university is the beauty of this university not only senerio but the faculty/faculaties also they are quite impressive. As per we also know about assam down town university thats it gives 100% placements to the students
Course Curriculum Overview :
i choose it because its give 100% placements to the students.the faculty are highly educated and assam down town has more then 100+ courses. exams are conducted in three sessionals where there will be best of two
Internships Opportunities :
no i have not opted for any internship im continuing my studies have not yet pass out so i dont have much knowledge about this but i have seen many of them doing internships after completing courses in different places of assam such as medical students
Placement Experience :
as this is a private university and also it has been years of establishment many students got placements in high post works and i don’t think so it need much percentages of a student for getting placements
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
its admission fee is about 40000 and per semester fees goes upto 100000 but the 3rd and 4th we need to pay just 90000. there are total 4 semester the first two have to be paid 100000 and rest of the two are to be paid 90000
Campus Life :
campus is very neat and clean as first i was an hosteler and i remain in the campus for 1year and i knew it well about the environment inside the campus really its amazing even though there are different co curricular activities like football circket basketball swimming etc etc
Hostel Facilities :
hostel life is one of the best life for the students who ever has remained in hostels but i want to say one think that ADTU boys hostel are one of the best i had ever got,making new friends not sleeping whole nights playing pubg was really amazing

There are teachers under which u can work and later they can surely help u land a intership, happened with one of my friend. But as of now department dont directly provide u internship. I dont wanna say vague or old numbers about average or highest placement data, so wont comment on it but overall its not that great but there are exceptions, like there are some brilliant minds who lands an enormous off campus placement.(My 2 seniors who r out of india right now) Last year Bharat electronics BHEL came and took 8 seniors for 13lpa package, some banking companies and TCs comes too. My plans after my degree is to get a job in electronic domain while also focusing on my photography and editing Passion Check my work on insta sodaa.edits
My life in B.Borooah College as a science student
Placement Experience :
Placements At B. Borooah College for a BSc Forget it. There's no placement scene like you hear about. No companies come for recruitment drives. The so-called placement cell just puts up notices for government job ads or maybe a local pharmacy needing a helper. I've never seen a single big name visit campus to hire BSc grads. So there's no list of recruiters, no number of offers, and definitely no talk of high packages. Zero students get placed from here in that way. The plan after the degree is everything. For me, it's going for an MSc. For others, it's preparing for government exams, doing B.Ed., or applying to labs and hospitals directly. This college gives you the valid degree, the ticket to sit for other exams or apply further. It doesn't get you a job. It makes you eligible to go find one yourself. Your future is 100% in your own hands after you walk out.

There are 100% internship in Bsc agriculture are also good the average packages 3 to 4 LPA the highest package is 12 LPA percentage of students getting placements are about 70 - 80% the eligibility criteria depends upon the performance of the student on its practical work and its CGPA

The ratio of placement and job is very poor, this is a college of general degree course, so after passing B.Sc., B.Sc. one does not get a job directly, in future one has to do Masters degree, PhD.But data from the last three/four year revealed that students did get jobs in SBI and some other organization, but the percentage was very low.That is why most of the students after completing normal graduation take admission in courses like Masters and BEd, Deled.And my plan in future is to do Masters from IIT or IISER, after that I want to do PhD.

Life as a BTech Student at IIT guwahati
Placement Experience :
there is a CPI criteria of around 6 to sit for placements. The highest packages for bachelors can go up to 1.5cr. Companies in coding include Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Ola, Uber, finance companies like JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and many more. Highest paying companies are AlphaGrep, Quadeye, JaneStreet but that is very competitive with only people with the best results and from CS getting in. Many people also receive preplacement offers after internships. There are also many companies that visit for product management roles like Ola, Meesho etc. The placement process for Design students is separate. There are also core companies like Texas instruments, that visit.

I choose this course because I am interested in learning coding and I want to seek my future in this line. I am finding some difficulties in understanding the subjects and topics but I believe it is because I am new to this field and new to everything.
