- Infrastructure is almost good... No of movies take place in our collage eg lela Majnu, lal sing chada

- Washrooms are some what unhygienic which makes me uncomfortable.
- No of holidays is also a factor which i dislike about my collage
Remarks :
There are no factors which made me this collage choose example i usually live in village where exposure seems less that is most important factor. And i was unable to meet to basic needs e.g good books.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I prefer ba hons history.Because i was good in it from post matric and i am preparing for upsc and choose history as my optional. Almost all the teachers have done their phd in their own field and they are good at it. They teach very good. There are 2 term exams in a year. Papers are almost good
Internships Opportunities :
Contemporary i am studying in 4th sem and there is no intership But it starts from 5th semester. In intership yu get lot of information about the things, people your subject. I am persuing my degree in humanities after completing it i can opt for Gate, Set Net etc.
Placement Experience :
There are no job and placement opportunities after completing your degree with good score. But if not yu can prepare for civil services or state pcs or other competative exams . Package varies it almost starts from 70000 and goes upto 200000.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I almost pay 8000 per year which includes 2 semesters. It includes almost all admission fees, lab fee and other charges. But i pay 2500 for my exam fee which includes 2 semesters. There are no of batchmates who have different categories But fee is almost same
Campus Life :
Life is almost good at campus. Social interaction are common through which we seek exposure and get to know the people. Collage has also a good infrastructure nice classrooms, washrooms, auditorium etc. There are a good no of gardens which are well decorated. Fests are not mostly conducted. Books are available almost all.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for a hostel. But i came to listen by my friends about hostel which is good enough along with mess. Infrastructure is also good.when seniors complete their degree and they leave hostel when we can opt for hostel by submitting a form.

Placements in our college are average only, not very high but not zero also. Few companies come every year for campus recruitment, like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and some local construction firms. They mostly offer roles like junior engineer, site supervisor or trainee. Highest package was around 8 LPA for IT profile, average goes between 3-4 LPA. Almost 50-60% students get placed from campus, rest students go for off campus or higher studies. Eligibility for placement is you need minimum 6.5 CGPA and no active backlogs, also they check communication skills in interviews. No big mass recruiters like in IITs, but still some opportunities are there if you prepare well. If not getting placed through campus, I plan to try off campus drives and also thinking to prepare for govt exams or maybe do M.Tech. College do conduct some training sessions and mock interviews but main thing depends on self preparation.

Placement Experience :
Here almost 95% students got placed.average salary is around 6-7 lpa.Companies like wipro,infuses,bhel visited here.my plan after degree is to do mtech from iits. Highest package is around 45 lakhs (off campus). On campus it is around 25 lpa.

I am always moved by my college’s course curriculum which is multicultural and gives students a wide range of choices. The courses are demanding but the lecturers are always ready to provide support and counsel. It is affordable to all through scholarships and fair fees.
Placement and college life at IIT Jammu
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement depends on the company, majorly all companies asks for minimum CGPA of 7 or 7.5. Some past major companies which comes for recruitment are amazon, sprinklr, paytm, nvidia, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, maruti suzuki etc. According to 2023 data, highest package offered was 53 LPA, average package offered was 18 LPA, minimum package was 5 LPA. Percentage of students get placed in 2023 is 85%. My plans after getting the degree is to either works on corporate or to prepare for UPSC.

quality of teaching is crucial, instructor give their best in the class and class strength is divides in two section according their enrollment number.i think fees is affordable and fees waiver for different category.
My University Life In The University of Kashmir.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the placements of jobs was 65% in the grade card if graduation. The recruitment process was followed by a job examination and job interview. Cipla, SKIMS were some of the recruiters that visited the university and offered almost 15 jobs. The average package offered by the recruiters was 40-70 thousands per month. And the highest package offered by the recruiters was 1.1 Lakh per month. In this recruitment process almost 40% students got placements. I got a private job in a private pharmacy company. Now, I have chosen this job as my carrier after getting the degree.

Placement Experience :
There were no job or placement opportunities available and it didn’t bothered the college. The main aim of the students as well included to just pass the degree and get out of there. Faculties also discouraged about the job market scenario outside the college which alleviated the trouble.

Previously there was 100% on campus placement in university but now it's only somewhat 70%. Companies come for placement also they select students but most of time it sells based company not a product based company also they offer quit low packages. Most of students try off Campus Placement where they get some good offers. Average package is about 5-7 lakh
